Zachary "Zach" Bell is a Canadian former professional racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2005 and 2015 for the Jet Fuel Coffee–Sympatico, Rite Aid Pro Cycling, Symmetrics, Kelly Benefit Strategies, SpiderTech–C10, Champion System, and Team SmartStop teams. Born in Whitehorse, Yukon, Bell resides in Watson Lake, Yukon, and now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Team Human Powered Health.

Cycling competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held July 10 to 25, 2015 at four different venues. The BMX competitions took place at the Centennial Park Pan Am BMX Centre in Toronto, the mountain biking competitions happened at the Hardwood Ski and Bike in Oro-Medonte, due to naming rights the venue was known as the latter for the duration of the games. The road races happened in the streets of Downtown Toronto with the start and finish being adjacent to the Ontario Place West Channel. Finally the track cycling events occurred at the Milton Velodrome in Milton. The road cycling time trials happened in the streets surrounding the velodrome.
Jennifer Mariana Cesar Salazar is a Venezuelan road and track cyclist. She participated at the 2012 UCI Road World Championships, the 2015 Pan American Games, and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Ana Paula Polegatch is a Brazilian road cyclist, who rides for Brazilian amateur team UniFunvic–Gelog–Pindamonhangaba. She won the Brazilian National Time Trial Championships in 2014, 2017, 2021 and 2022.

At the 2017 UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Men's sprint he reached the 1/8th Final. He participated in the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he was ranked 9th in the Men's Sprint and 6th in the Men's Keirin.
Ignacio de Jesus Prado Juárez is a Mexican racing cyclist, who rides for Mexican amateur team Canel's–Zerouno. He won the silver medal in the men's scratch event at the 2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He won the 2015 Pan American U23 Time Trial Championships gold medal.
