Alistair Donohoe is an Australian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team ARA Pro Racing Sunshine Coast. After suffering a right arm impairment in 2009, Donohoe became a multiple medallist at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships and UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships. He won two silver medals at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and a silver and bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
Kyle Ivan Bridgwood is an Australian Para cyclist from South Africa. He won silver medals in the Men's Individual Pursuit C4 and Men's Road Time Trial C4 at the 2016 Rio Paralympics.
Darolutamide, sold under the brand name Nubeqa, is an antiandrogen medication which is used in the treatment of non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer in men. It is specifically approved to treat non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) in conjunction with surgical or medical castration. The medication is taken by mouth twice per day with food.
The 2016 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships were the World Championships for track cycling where athletes with a physical disability. The Championships took place at the Montichiari Velodrome in Montichiari, Italy from 17 to 20 March 2016. Great Britain were the most successful team of the competition in total medals (18) and in number of gold medals (8). The Championships saw 11 new world records set.
The 2015 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships were the World Championships for road cycling for athletes with a physical disability. The Championships took place on the roads of Nottwil in Switzerland from 29 July to 2 August 2015. Italy were the most successful team of the competition in number of gold medals won (9), while Germany finished with the greatest total of medals (21).
Adam Christopher John Duggleby is a British cyclist. He represented Great Britain at the 2016 Rio Paralympics as a sighted pilot for visually impaired cyclist Stephen Bate, whom he was paired with in January 2014.

The Men's road time trial cycling events at the 2016 Summer Paralympics took place on September 17 at Flamengo Park, Pontal. Eleven events took place over twelve classifications. The T1-2 time trial, which took in two classifications, was a 'factored' event, with times adjusted by classification to allow fair competition.

The men's time trial class C4-5 track cycling event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics took place on 26 August 2021 at the Izu Velodrome, Japan. This combine class (C4-5) under classification C is for cyclists who have impairments that affect their legs, arms, and/or trunk but are still capable to use a standard bicycle. 21 cyclists from 15 nations competed in this event.
