DYNO is a BMX bike and bike products company started by Bob Morales in 1982.
DYNO's first products were BMX racing apparel and number plates. DYNO gear was used and endorsed by many top BMX and Freestyle riders and teams, including; GT Bicycles, SE Racing, Auburn Cycles, Robinson Racing and Team Powerlite. Riders included Eddie Fiola, Mike Dominguez, Greg Hill, Gary Ellis and many others.
In 1985 Bob Morales said "GT Bicycles made an offer to buy Dyno. I accepted their offer because Dyno was severely undercapitalized and in need of investment. I negotiated a contract with GT to design bicycle frames and components and to consult on a marketing strategy for them." [1]
Morales developed a line of DYNO frames and bicycles for GT. DYNO also produced a line of clothing apparel and shoes under the DYNO brand. The DYNO brand is now owned by Pacific Cycle, a subsidiary of the Dutch conglomerate Pon Holdings.

The Schwinn Bicycle Company is an American company that develops, manufactures and markets bicycles under the eponymous brand name. The company was originally founded by Ignaz Schwinn (1860–1948) in Chicago in 1895. It became the dominant manufacturer of American bicycles through most of the 20th century. Schwinn first declared bankruptcy in 1992, in 2001 Schwinn went bankrupt again and was purchased by Pacific Cycle, now owned by the Dutch conglomerate, Pon Holdings.
Terrible One is a bicycle company founded in 1998 in Austin, Texas, United States, by BMX professionals Joe Rich and Taj Mihelich. It produces BMX frames, parts and softgoods. Over the years it gained high reputation especially amongst seasoned riders. It sponsors freestyle BMX riders worldwide.

Gregory Alan Hill is a former professional bicycle motocross (BMX) racer from America whose prime competitive years were from 1977 to 1989. After the 1988 season in the top competitive "AA" pro circuit, he retired.

Scot Alexander Breithaupt was an entrepreneur, "Old School" professional motorcycle MX and bicycle motocross (BMX) racer and a founding father of BMX in 1970 whose prime competitive years were from 1970 to 1984. Many consider him, in some ways, a founder of "Old School BMX"—an era from roughly 1969 to 1987 or 1988, from its very beginnings to just after its first major slump in popularity from 1985 to 1988. Racing started to rise in participation again around 1988–89 and is considered the start of Mid School BMX, roughly 1988–2000. He was born in Long Beach, California.
