Hayat had since starred in the comedies Punjab Nahi Jaungi (2017), Load Wedding (2018), and London Nahi Jaunga (2022), all of which rank among one of highest-grossing Pakistani films.

She is best known for her novels and plays Shehr-e-Zaat, Pir-e-Kamil, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Alif, Durr-e-Shehwar, Daam, Man-o-Salwa, Qaid-e-Tanhai, Digest Writer, Maat, Kankar, Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan, Doraha and Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay. Umera Ahmed is one of the most widely read and popular Urdu fiction novelists and screenplay writers of this era.
Afshan Qureshi is a Pakistani actress. She is known for roles in dramas Baba Jani, Barfi Laddu, Malika-e-Aliya and Log Kya Kahenge.
Faiza Hasan is a Pakistani actress and producer. She played the leading roles in the television adaptations of Umera Ahmad's Darbar-e-Dil, La Hasil and Wajood-E-Laraib and gained prominence with her title role in 2020 soap opera Nand. She played a supporting role of Farhana in 2018 film Load Wedding as well.
Furqan Qureshi is a Pakistani television actor known for his roles in Urdu television serials such as Khuda Mera Bhi Hai, Ishq Tamasha, Meray Paas Tum Ho and Raqs-e-Bismil.
