Password is a 2019 Bangladeshi action-thriller film directed by Malek Afsari. The film is produced by Shakib Khan and Mohammad Iqbal, under the banner of SK Films. It features Shakib Khan as Rudra, who, through his autistic younger brother Rusho, played by Emon, comes into possession of the password to a Swiss bank account. Misha Sawdagor stars as Victor, a gangster trying to steal the password. Shabnom Bubly features as Rudra's love interest, Dr. Shabnom. The movie is loosely based on the 2010 French movie Point Blank.

Captain Khan is a 2018 Bangladeshi action thriller film directed by Wajed Ali Sumon and written by Delowar Hossain Dil. The film was produced by Selim Khan under the banner of Shapla Media. It features superstar Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly, Samraat, Misha Sawdagor and Ashish Vidyarthi in the lead roles. Also features Amit Hasan, Sadek Bachchu, Don and Shiba Shanu in supporting roles. It is a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Anjaan starring Suriya and Samantha. The film had a nationwide theatrical release on Eid-ul-Adha 2018.

Sohanur Rahman Sohan was a Bangladeshi film director and screenwriter, who was best known as the first director of Bangladeshi superstars Shakib Khan. He started his film career as an assistant of director Shibli Sadik. His first film was Biswas Abiswas (1988). He was best known in Dhallywood for directing romantic films. He launched Salman Shah and Moushumi with the film Keyamat Theke Keyamat in 1993 and his Ananta Bhalobasha in 1999 marked a turning point in Bangladeshi cinema by introducing Shakib Khan, who is now one of the biggest superstars in the industry. Other notable films directed by him are Amar Jaan Amar Pran (2008), Poran Jai Jolia Re (2010), Se Amar Mon Kereche (2012) etc. He served as the principal of the Universal Performing Arts Institute.

<i>Golui</i> 2022 Bangladeshi film

Golui is a 2022 Bangladeshi periodical romantic film directed by SA Haque Alik and co-produced by Khorshed Alam Khosru. It has been made on the basis of the traditional boat race of rural Bengal and the life of the people of a vast village. The film stars Shakib Khan, Puja Cherry, Azizul Hakim and Suchorita in the lead roles. The cast also includes Fazlur Rahman Babu, Suchorita, Ali Raj, Jhuna Chowdhury, Somu Chowdhury in supporting roles.

Ananta Bhalobasha is a 1999 Bangladeshi romantic action film. The film directed and screenplay by Sohanur Rahman Sohan and Produced by Kuddusur Rahman under the banner of SP Production. The story and dialogues of the film are written by Abu Saeed Khan and Henry Amin respectively. The film stars Shakib Khan and Erin Zaman played the lead roles in the film. It also feature Abul Hayat, Wasimul Bari Rajib, Dolly Johur and Misha Sawdagor also played various important roles. The film mark as the on-screen debut Shakib Khan and Erin Zaman.

Dard, or Dorod, is an upcoming Indian-Bangladeshi psychological action thriller film written, co-produced and directed by Anonno Mamun. Kamal Mohammad Kibria Lipu, Ashok Dhanuka and Himanshu Dhanuka produced the film under the banners of Action Cut Entertainment, Kibria Films, Eskay Movies and One World Movies. The film features Shakib Khan and Sonal Chauhan in the lead roles. It is the first Bengali-language film set for a pan-Indian release.

Toofan is a 2024 Bangladeshi Bengali-language period crime action thriller film directed by Raihan Rafi and produced by Chorki, Alpha-i Studios Ltd. and co-produced by SVF. The story of the film revolves around a gangster of Bangladesh in the nineties, featuring Shakib Khan along with Mimi Chakraborty and Masuma Rahman Nabila, while Chanchal Chowdhury made an extended cameo appearance.

Mizanur Rahman Azhari (Bengali: মিজানুর রহমান আজহারী; is a Bangladeshi Islamic speaker, preacher and writer. He gained popularity in Bangladesh through his sermons. He claims to be a moderate Islamic negotiator and holds discussions.
