Emmanuel Ihuoma Okah,commonly known as Emma Okah,is a lawyer and politician in Rivers State. Tasie Cyprian Wike was a Nigerian lawyer who,as of 2014,was Chairman of the Rivers State College of Health Science and Technology (RSCHST). His appointment to the office was made by Governor Chibuike Amaechi whose tenure expired on 29 May 2015.
The Rivers State gubernatorial election took place on 9 March 2019,concurrently with various other Nigerian state level elections. A rerun of the vote was held in Abua–Odual,Ahoada West,Gokana and Opobo–Nkoro on 13 April. Victoria Uzoamaka Onejeme was a Nigerian attorney general and the first woman to occupy the position. She was called to the bar in 1965,and assumed the role of attorney general in the old Anambra State in 1976. In 1976,she was sworn in as Commissioner for Justice in Anambra State. She also made history in 1984 when she became the pioneer judge for Federal High Court,Abuja. She is an Igbo from Awka in Anambra State. Onejeme died on April 27,2017,at the age of 86.

Jibrin Ndatsu Ndajiwo was a teacher and jurist who served as Chief Judge of the Niger States from 1991 to retirement in 2013,he also held a chieftain title of Magajin Garin Nupe till deceased. He was succeeded by Fati Lami Abubakar as acting chief judge.
