Dakrupe Mosque was a mosque built in the Sudanese architectural style in the village of Dakrupe in Savannah Region, Ghana. It was named after the surrounding neighborhood. It was close to the Larabanga mosque. [1] The village is located between Bole and Larabanga. [2]
It is claimed the mosque was built in the 19th century. [1] [3] It was torn down in 2010 to make room for a larger modern building. [2]
The Dakrupe mosque was similar to the Larabanga mosque but smaller in size. [1]
