Damien Gregori (also Greg Moffitt) is an Irish musician.
Damien was keyboard player with UK band Cradle of Filth from 1995 to 1997, and appeared on two of the band’s albums, V Empire or Dark Faerytales in Phallustein and Dusk and Her Embrace . He left the band in mid-1997. [1] [2]
On the Lovecraft & Witch Hearts compilation CD, he wrote the band's biography in the booklet.
The name 'Damien Gregori' was taken from a Cradle of Filth press release. Throughout his time with the band, Greg was only ever known as 'Damien'.
Greg's career as a rock writer started in 1987 when he published an underground fanzine called A Piss in the Ocean, writing most of the material himself.

"I've been a rock writer since 1987 and have been widely published including appearances in Metal Hammer, Kerrang!, Terrorizer, Decibel, Record Collector, Music Collector, metal-is.com, various Guinness guides and other encyclopaedias and reference works, plus sleeve notes for bands such as Cradle Of Filth and Venom. I actually almost completed my book on Venom - 'Sons Of Satan' - but it'll never be published; I couldn't get 'them three to meet again'. In thunder, lightning or in rain. I also played keyboards in Cradle Of Filth from 1995 to 1997" [3]
Greg joined the staff of Terrorizer Magazine in 1997, moved to Kerrang! in 2007 and then to Metal Hammer in 2008. He also writes for Decibel magazine.

Cradle of Filth are an English extreme metal band, formed in Suffolk, England in 1991. The band's musical style evolved originally from black metal to a cleaner and more "produced" amalgam of gothic metal, symphonic metal and other metal genres. Their lyrical themes and imagery are heavily influenced by Gothic literature, poetry, mythology and horror films. The band has gone through many lineup changes, with vocalist Dani Filth being the only constant member.

(1994–1996), Hyperhug (1994–1996), Decameron (1997), Cradle of Filth (1999–2006) and Needleye (2006–?), Brujeria (2006–2013) and Yorkshire doom metal band Paradise Lost (2009–2016).
Sabbat were an English thrash metal band from Nottingham, England, consisting of Martin Walkyier (vocals), Andy Sneap (guitars), Simon Jones (guitars), Gizz Butt (bass) and Simon Negus (drums). Over six years, Sabbat released three studio albums, four demos, two split singles/compilation albums, two singles and a live VHS. In 1988, the band released their debut album History of a Time to Come, which earned them further recognition. Their next album, Dreamweaver (1989) was also critically acclaimed. Shortly after the release of Mourning Has Broken (1991), tensions with the band began to surface, most of them revolved around money. This resulted in Sabbat breaking up. After an attempted reunion in 2001, which was blocked by Sneap, the original Sabbat lineup reunited in 2006, and in December of that year, performed together for the first time in sixteen years at five different venues in England, one a warm up gig in Nottingham, the other four in support of Cradle Of Filth. The band had continued to perform at many live venues and festivals around the world since then, but did not release any new material. Andy Sneap confirmed in a January 2014 interview with Decibel magazine that Sabbat had once again split up.

It is Cradle of Filth's second album as a five-piece, as keyboardist Martin Powell left the band in 2005. Terrorizer was an extreme music magazine published by Dark Arts Ltd. in the United Kingdom. It was released every four weeks with thirteen issues a year and featured a "Fear Candy" covermount CD, a twice yearly "Fear Candy Unsigned" CD, and a double-sided poster.
Cradle of Filth was formed in Suffolk, England, in 1991. The band's original members consisted of vocalist Dani Filth, guitarist Paul Ryan, keyboardist Ben Ryan, bassist John Pritchard and drummer Darren Gardner. With this line-up, Cradle of Filth recorded a demo in 1992, titled Invoking the Unclean. Soon after, they recorded their second demo, Orgiastic Pleasures Foul with new guitarist Robin Eaglestone and new drummer Was Sarginson. Robin left the band shortly afterwards, but following the departure of John Pritchard, Eaglestone returned to take his place as bassist. Guitarist Paul Allender joined the band at the same time. Following these changes, another demo was recorded, titled Total Fucking Darkness. Sarginson left the band soon after, paving the way for the entry of drummer Nicholas Barker.
Godspeed on the Devil's Thunder is the eighth studio album by English extreme metal band Cradle of Filth. It was released on 28 October 2008, through record label Roadrunner. It is the band's fourth concept album, after Cruelty and the Beast (1998), Midian (2000), and Damnation and a Day (2003), dealing with the life of the 15th Century French baron Gilles de Rais.

Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa is the ninth studio album by English extreme metal band Cradle of Filth. It was released on 1 November 2010 by record label Peaceville and is a concept album centred on the demon Lilith. It is Cradle of Filth's's only album to feature keyboardist Ashley Ellyllon, and is also the band's final album with Dave Pybus as their bass player and James McIlroy as their second guitar player.
Hammer of the Witches is the eleventh studio album by the English extreme metal band, Cradle of Filth. It was released on 10 July 2015 and is their first release under record label Nuclear Blast. Hammer of the Witches features the band's new line-up following the departure of Paul Allender and James McIlroy, which includes new guitarists Marek 'Ashok' Šmerda and Richard Shaw and new keyboardist and female vocalist Lindsay Schoolcraft.
