Dan Attoe is an American painter, sculptor, and author. Attoe is recognized for his detailed landscape and figurative paintings, as well as his neon sculptures featuring humorous or philosophical text.
Born in Bremerton, Washington, Attoe spent his childhood in various locations, including Island Park and Ashton, Idaho, and Silver Bay, Minnesota, due to his father's employment with the U.S. Forest Service. His mother often worked as a librarian. Attoe earned his BFA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and UW–Stevens Point at Wausau in 1998, and his MFA from the University of Iowa in 2004. His first novel, The Taking Tree, was published in May 2024. He studied writing at The Writers' Workshop while pursuing his MFA at the University of Iowa.[ citation needed ] He is one of the founders of the collaborative art group Paintallica but left the group in 2017 due to creative differences. Attoe worked part-time at Wausau Window and Wall Systems in Wausau, Wisconsin, for four years and held positions as a security guard, maintenance worker, and part-time installation technician at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. Currently, Attoe resides in Washougal, Washington, where he operate a tattoo shop named Dan’s Tattoos.
Jessica Jackson Hutchins is an American artist from Chicago, Illinois who is based in Portland, Oregon. Her practice consists of large scale ceramics, multi-media installations, assemblage, and paintings all of which utilize found objects such as old furniture, ceramics, worn out clothes, and newspaper clippings. She is most recognizable for her sloppy craft assemblages of furniture and ceramics. Her work was selected for the 2010: Whitney Biennial, featured in major art collections, and has been exhibited throughout the United States and internationally, in Iceland, the UK, and Germany.
Mark Grotjahn is an American painter best known for abstract work and bold geometric paintings. Grotjahn lives and works in Los Angeles.
Marc Handelman is an American painter living and working in Brooklyn, New York. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) earning a BFA in Painting in 1998, with an Art History concentration. He spent two of those years at RISD at the European Honors Program, studying in Rome. In 2003, he was awarded an MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University.

Gregory Euclide is an American contemporary artist and teacher who lives and works outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Evan Gruzis is a contemporary artist born in 1979 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. He has lived and worked in Los Angeles and New York City, and, since 2012, has lived in Wisconsin with his partner, Nicole Rogers, and their child. Gruzis first became known for his vivid paintings, which have been described as "extremely flat sculptures." His work also includes elaborate installations as well as collaborations which blur the lines of curation and production. In addition to his artistic practice, Gruzis owns and operates The Heights, a collaborative restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin, and teaches painting and drawing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
