Dane Rawlins is a British born dressage rider competing for Ireland. [1] He competed at the 2013 European Championships in Herning and was the founder and dressage show organizer at the All England Jumping Course at Hickstead for 27 years. [2]

The All England Jumping Course at Hickstead, widely known as Hickstead, is an equestrian centre in West Sussex, England, principally recognised for its showjumping events. Benjamin Richard Maher MBE is a British show jumper. He represented Britain at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2009 European Championships in Windsor, 2012 London Olympics, 2016 Rio Olympics, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2024 Paris Olympics. He won the team jumping gold at the London Olympics with Team GB, their first team jumping gold medal for 60 years, an individual gold for Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and team jumping gold again at the 2024 Paris Summer Games. That win tied him with three-day eventer Richard Meade and dressage rider Charlotte Dujardin as the most successful British Olympic equestrians in gold medals won.

Edward Gal is a Dutch dressage rider. He and the stallion Totilas, were triple gold medalists at the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games, becoming the first horse-rider partnership ever to sweep the three available dressage gold medals at a single FEI World Games. Going into the 2010 Games, they had amassed multiple world-record scores in international competition, leading one American journalist to call them "rock stars in the horse world". After the World Equestrian Games, Totilas was sold to German trainer Paul Schockemöhle. Gal continues to be successful training and competing dressage horses at the international level. Despite the success, he has been criticised to be harsh trainer who creates stressed and fearful horses.

Geoff Billington is a British showjumper who has represented Great Britain on a number of occasions including during the European and World Championships and at the Olympics. As of Jan 2010, Geoff was ranked 13th on the Team GBR list.

Litta Soheila Sohi, is an Iranian dressage rider. She first tried riding at age four in Iran. At age nine she began attending riding classes in Denmark, and she started training in dressage in 2002 in Rome, Italy. She started riding professionally in 2002. She is the first dressage rider to represent Iran in international dressage competitions, doing so at Hickstead Equestrian Centre in 2014, as recorded on the FEI. She also competed in CDI3 Intermediate 1 and CDI3 Prix St-Gorges at Saumur in September 2014. Litta is a member of British Dressage. She competed in Equestrian at the 2018 Asian Games and finished in 6th place.

Larissa Pauluis is a Belgian Olympic dressage rider. She competed at two World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and competed at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, representing Belgium.

The 2003 FEI Open European Dressage Championships, was the 23rd edition of the European Dressage Championship. It was held at The All England Jumping Course in Hickstead, Great Britain, from 13 August to 17 August 2003. The 2003 European Dressage Championships was the first open European Championship, including riders from the US, Australia, Canada and Japan. Germany won the golden team medal, as well as the individual gold medal won by Ulla Salzgeber. Great Britain won a team medal for the second time in history during the European Dressage Championships, the first medal was won in 1993.
