Djurgårdens IF Ishockeyförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Hockey, Djurgården – is a professional ice hockey team based in Stockholm, Sweden, affiliated with the Djurgårdens IF umbrella organization. Djurgården is currently playing in the Swedish second tier ice hockey league, the HockeyAllsvenskan. Djurgården is the most successful Swedish hockey team of all time, as 16-time Swedish champions, 12-time runners-up, and leaders of the marathon table for the top flight of Swedish hockey. The ice hockey section was first established in 1922 and has since been playing in the Swedish league system, with the exception of four years in the 1930s when the hockey section was temporarily dissolved.
Brynäs IF is a Swedish professional ice hockey team from Gävle. The club currently plays in the HockeyAllsvenskan, the second tier of ice hockey in Sweden, as of the 2023-24 season. Västerås IK is a professional ice hockey club from Västerås, Sweden. The team is currently playing in the second-tier league in Sweden, Hockeyallsvenskan. Västerås IK played 12 seasons in the top Swedish league Elitserien before the club went bankrupt and merged with the junior club, which changed name to VIK Västerås HK in 2005. In 2018, after playing a year in tier three, Hockeyettan, the club changed it name back to the old name Västerås IK.

The team was playing in the highest league in Sweden for two seasons 1968–69 and 1969–70 and the second highest league during the 70s and 80s and again for seven years from 2002 to 2009 in HockeyAllsvenskan. The team was relegated to the third division, Division 1, during the 2008-2009 season after finishing only 15th in the regular season and only third in the following qualification series with six teams, two from HockeyAllsvenskan and four from Division 1. The team currently plays in Liljas arena, which takes about 2,400 spectators. Liljas arena is the fourth oldest ice hockey arena in Sweden, finished 1963. 1984 the arena was rebuilt.
Nicklas Robert Bärkroth is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a winger for Örgryte. Previously, he has played for Balltorps FF, IFK Göteborg, União Leiria, IF Brommapojkarna, IFK Norrköping, Lech Poznań and Djurgårdens IF. He has won six caps for the Sweden national team.
