Daniel McNicoll is an American independent film producer, screenwriter and director, most known for his film, Reclaiming the Blade . Reclaiming the Blade was a number one movie rental on iTunes [1] and was distributed by Starz and Anchor Bay Entertainment. [2] The soundtrack for the film which included major label artists, an orchestral score and some of McNicoll's own music was released on Lakeshore Records. [3] [4] McNicoll's next film, Glastonbury: Isle of Light, as reported by the BBC and other sources, has found funding and will begin pre-production in mid-2018. [5] [6]

<i>Daffys Rhapsody</i> 2012 film by Matthew OCallaghan

Daffy's Rhapsody is a 2012 animated Looney Tunes short film featuring the characters Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd. Directed by Matthew O'Callaghan and written by Tom Sheppard, the film is an adaptation of the song of the same name which was sung by Mel Blanc and recorded in the 1950s by Capitol Records. It also marked the return of Daffy Duck into his original screwball personality after decades of being miscast as a greedy, self-centered character in most of his post-1940s appearances since the Bugs Bunny short Rabbit Fire (1951). Daffy's Rhapsody was first shown in theaters before Warner Bros.' feature-length film Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. Unlike the previous Looney Tunes 3-D shorts, Daffy's Rhapsody has not yet been released on home media. In 2016, the official Warner Bros. Animation uploaded the short to Google but eventually removed it, leaving unofficial uploads of the short being available. Bohemian Rhapsody is a 2018 biographical musical drama film that focuses on the life of Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of the British rock band Queen, from the formation of the band in 1970 to their 1985 Live Aid performance at the original Wembley Stadium. It was directed by Bryan Singer from a screenplay by Anthony McCarten, and produced by Graham King and Queen manager Jim Beach. It stars Rami Malek as Mercury, with Lucy Boynton, Gwilym Lee, Ben Hardy, Joe Mazzello, Aidan Gillen, Tom Hollander, and Mike Myers in supporting roles. Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor also served as consultants. A British-American venture, it was produced by Regency Enterprises, GK Films and Queen Films, and was distributed by 20th Century Fox.
