Career

Born in Liverpool, [2] Whitehall spent his early career with Liverpool and Rochdale. [3] He joined Rochdale at under-18 level following his release from Liverpool. [4]

He began his senior career with Southport, moving to Marine in September 2014. [3] He moved on to Prescot Cables in November 2014. [5]

Whitehall then spent time in the United States, [6] playing college soccer for SIU Edwardsville Cougars and Hastings College, and at club level for Chattanooga FC and Bugeaters FC. [7] [8] [9] At Hastings he won a number of awards and set several records, [1] [10] scoring 93 goals in 75 games. [11]

He returned to England in July 2019 with Maidenhead United, [9] [12] moving to Scottish club Kilmarnock in July 2020 on a six-month contract. [13] He made his debut as a substitute against Hibernian on 1 August 2020. [14] On 8 January 2021, Whitehall extended his contract at Kilmarnock, signing a new deal until the end of the season. [15] He left Kilmarnock at the end of the 2020–21 season. [16]

In August 2021 he signed for Eastleigh. [17]

He was offered a new contract by Eastleigh at the end of the 2022–23 season, [18] instead opting to join recently relegated National League North club Scunthorpe United on a two-year deal active from the expiration of his contract. [19]
