Dave Bulthuis (born 28 June 1990, in Purmerend) is a Dutch football player who plays for Suwon Samsung Bluewings in South Korea K League 1.

Contents

Club career

Bulthuis formerly played for FC Utrecht in the Eredivisie. [1] He moved abroad to play for German Second Bundesliga side FC Nürnberg in summer 2014. [2]

On 7 July 2017, Bulthuis signed a three-year contract with Azerbaijan Premier League side Gabala FK. [3]

In January 2019, he left SC Heerenveen for Ulsan Hyundai. [4]

The 2016 K League Classic was the 34th season of the top division of South Korean professional football since its establishment in 1983, and the fourth season of the K League Classic.

The 2017–18 season was Gabala FK's 13th season, and their 12th in the Azerbaijan Premier League, the top-flight of Azerbaijani football. Gabala finished the season in second place, 16 points behind champions Qarabağ. In the Azerbaijan Cup were runners-up for the second year in a row, losing to Keşla 1-0 in the final whilst they also reached the Third qualifying round of the Europa League before being knocked out by Panathinaikos.

The 2018 K League 1 was the 36th season of the top division of professional football in South Korea since its establishment in 1983, and the sixth season of the K League 1, former K League Classic. The K League Classic was changed its name to "K League 1" in this season. As the 2018 FIFA World Cup start on 14 June, the last round before stoppage will be held on 19–20 May. The league will resume games on 7 July.
