Moses Ali is a Ugandan politician and retired military general. He is the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of Government Business in Parliament. He previously served in the Cabinet of Uganda as Third Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of Government Business from May 2011 until June 2016. He also served as the first First Deputy Prime Minister from June 2016 to May 2021. He has served as the elected Member of Parliament for East Moyo County in Adjumani District since 2011.
Ephraim Kamuntu is a Ugandan management scientist and politician. He is the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda. Jenipher Kacha Namuyangu, also Jennifer Namuyangu Byakatonda, but commonly referred to as Jennifer Namuyangu, is a Ugandan politician and environmentalist. She belongs to the National Resistance Movement political party. She is the Minister of State for Local Government in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. She previously served as the Minister of State for Water Resources, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the Cabinet reshuffle on 27 May 2011, she was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Betty Bigombe. She also served as the elected Member of Parliament for Pallisa District Women's Representative, from 2001 until 2011. In 2010, Pallisa District was split into two, to create Kibuku District. Namuyangu contested for the parliamentary seat of Kibuku County, Kibuku District. She lost to Saleh Kamba by a wide margin.
John Byabagambi is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He was the Cabinet Minister for Karamoja Affairs, in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, and was replaced by Mary Goretti Kitutu on 8 June 2021. He previously served as Minister of Works and Transport between March 2015 and June 2016, replacing Abraham Byandala who was appointed Minister Without Portfolio. He is also the elected Member of Parliament, representing Ibanda County South, Ibanda District. He was first elected to that position in 2001.
Henry Muganwa Kajura, commonly known as Henry Kajura, is a Ugandan administrator and politician. Until 2016 he served as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service in the Cabinet of Uganda.
Alex Aadroa Onzima is a Ugandan politician. He was the State Minister in the Office of the Vice President in the Ugandan cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Prior to that from 27 May 2011 until 6 June 2016, he served as the State Minister for Local Government. He replaced Perez Ahabwe. Onzima also served as the elected member of parliament, representing Maracha County, Maracha District in the 9th Parliament.
John Chrysestom Muyingo is a Ugandan educator and politician. He is the State Minister for Higher Education in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He previously served as the State Minister for Primary Education from 1 March 2015 until 5 June 2016. Before that, from 27 May 2011 until 1 March 2015, he served as the State Minister for Higher Education, having replaced Mwesigwa Rukutana in May 2011. Muyingo was also the elected Member of Parliament for Bamunanika County, Luweero District. In the 2021 general elections he lost the seat to his former campaign manager and personal assistant, Robert Ssekitoleko who run on the National Unity Platform party ticket.
Frank Kagyigyi Tumwebaze is a Ugandan educator and politician of the National Resistance Movement political party. He is the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, effective 8 June 2021.
Chris Baryomunsi is a Ugandan physician, public health specialist, demographer, and politician. He is the Minister for ICT and National Guidance in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position in 2021. From 1 March 2015 until 6 June 2016, he served as State Minister of Health for General Duties.
Betty Amongi Akena,, but commonly known as Betty Amongi, is a Ugandan politician. She is the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development in the Cabinet of Uganda, as of 9 June 2021. Previously, she served as the Cabinet Minister of Kampala Capital City and before that, from 6 June 2016 until 14 December 2019, she served as the Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development in Uganda's cabinet. She is also the incumbent member of parliament representing the Oyam South Constituency in the 11th Parliament.
Esther Mbulakubuza Mbayo, is a Ugandan politician. She is the Minister of the Presidency in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, replacing Frank Tumwebaze, who was appointed Ministry of Information Information Technology and Communication. She also serves in the Parliament of Uganda, as the Luuka District Women's Representative.
Joyce Morikualso calledJoyce Kaducu, is a Ugandan pediatrician, academic and politician. She is now state Minister for Primary education in the new cabinet starting 2021. Previously she was in the Minister of State for Primary Health Care in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, replacing Sarah Achieng Opendi, who became State Minister for Health, General Duties. She also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Moyo District Women Representative in the 10th Parliament.
Baltazar Kasirivu-Atwooki, also Kasirivu-Atwooki Kyamanywa, is a Ugandan politician. He is the current State Minister for Economic Monitoring in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, replacing Henry Banyenzaki, who was dropped from the cabinet. He also concurrently serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Bugangaizi County West, in Kibaale District, since 2011.

Persis Princess Namuganza is a Ugandan politician and the State Minister for Lands, Housing and Urban Development (Lands) in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Namuganza concurrently serves as the elected representative of Bukono County in Namutumba District, in the 11th Parliament (2021–2026).
Aggrey Henry Bagiire is a Ugandan politician. He is the State Minister for Transport in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Also served as the elected member of parliament representing Bunya County West, Mayuge District, in the 10th Ugandan Parliament (2016–2021).
Haruna Kasolo Kyeyune is a Ugandan politician. He is the State Minister for Microfinance in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He concurrently served as the elected parliamentary representative for Kyotera County, Rakai District, in the 10th Ugandan Parliament (2016–2021). He was succeeded in parliament by John Paul Mpalanyi Lukwago, a member of the Democratic Party(DP) after the 2021 Uganda general elections.

He served as the elected Member of Parliament for Kanyum County, in Kumi District in the 10th Parliament.
Frederick Ngobi Gume, is a politician in Uganda. He is the State Minister for Cooperatives in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He concurrently serves as the elected member of parliament representing Bulamogi North West County, Kaliro District in the 10th Parliament. In 2021 he was elected to the same position.
Grace Mary Mugasa is a Ugandan politician who currently serves as the State Minister for Public Service. She was appointed on June 8, 2021, by the President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, assuming office on 21 June 2021. Grace Mary took office from David Karubanga, the former State Minister and Member of Parliament representing Kigorobya. Prior to her appointment, she was the first female Mayor of Hoima Municipality and saw it through its transition to City status in July 2020.
