His younger brother Robert represented Finland in gymnastics at the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany, and his cousin David Rumbutis competed in the sport at the 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival [EYOF] in Gyor, Hungary. He participated in every edition of the World Championships since his debut in 2013, and qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics, becoming the first male gymnast from his nation to do so in forty-four years.

Individually Dalaloyan is the 2018 World All-Around Champion and the 2019 World All-Around silver medalist. He is a nine-time World medalist and a five-time European champion.

The Ariake Gymnastics Centre is a temporary sports arena located in the Ariake district of Tokyo, Japan. Opened in October 2019, the venue was constructed to host the gymnastics events at the 2020 Summer Olympics and the boccia events at the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
