David Yost is an American football coach. He is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the FIU Panthers football team.

Coaching career

Yost started his coaching career at Tiffin as their wide receivers coach. After one year with Tiffin, he was promoted to be the team's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. After eight years with Tiffin, Yost joined Toledo as the team's quarterbacks coach, where he remained for five years. Yost was then hired to coach the quarterbacks for Missouri. [1] After eight seasons as the Tigers quarterbacks coach, he became the team's offensive coordinator. [2] After 12 years with Missouri, Yost resigned from his position. [3] [4] Yost later joined Washington State as the team's wide receiver coach for three years. [5] [6] Yost was then by Oregon to be their passing game coordinator. [7] [8] After one year with Oregon, Yost was hired by Utah State to fill the team's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach positions. [9] [10] In his time with Utah State, he was named a Broyles Award semifinalist in 2018 after helping the team achieve school records in points and touchdowns. [11] After two years with Utah State, Yost was hired by Texas Tech as the team's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. [12] [13] After two years with Texas Tech, Yost was fired. [14] [15] Yost then accepted a job at FIU as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. [16] [17]

Cumbie previously served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Texas Tech University and was the interim head coach after the departure of Matt Wells in 2021. He also served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Texas Christian University (TCU). Cumbie played college football at Texas Tech and was the team's starting quarterback during the 2004 season, when he led the nation in passing and total offense and a guided the Red Raiders to win in the 2004 Holiday Bowl, earning MVP honors for the game. Cumbie played professionally in the Arena Football League (AFL), the Indoor Football League (IFL), and briefly in the National Football League (NFL).

He served as the head coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 2020 to 2022. Arroyo played college football as quarterback at San Jose State University.

Brian Delance Johnson is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the assistant head coach and offensive pass game coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He has been an offensive coordinator for the NCAA's Utah Utes, Houston Cougars, and Florida Gators and the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles. Johnson played college football at Utah and was briefly a member of the United Football League's (UFL) New York Sentinels in 2009.

Brett Elliott is an American football coach and former player. He is the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at his alma mater, Linfield University. He was previously the quarterbacks coach at Texas State University.

The Aggies were led by fifth-year head coach Matt Wells and played their home games at Merlin Olsen Field at Maverik Stadium. They competed as members of the Mountain Division of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 6–7, 4–4 in Mountain West play to finish in a tie for fourth place in the Mountain Division. They were invited to the Arizona Bowl where they lost to New Mexico State.

DeAndre Smith is an American football coach and former player in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Toronto Argonauts and in France Ligue Élite de Football Américain for the Aix-en-Provence Argonautes in 1993. He is currently the running backs coach for the Indianapolis Colts. Smith previously served as the running backs coach at Texas Tech from 2019 to 2021. He has coached other college football teams such as Indiana, Northern Illinois, New Mexico and Utah State.
