Davide Petrachi (born 14 August 1986) is an Italian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
Petrachi grew out of the Lecce youth system, winning the scudetto in 2005 with Lecce reserve squad, as the second keeper. [1] He measures 184 cm, weighing 75 kg.[ citation needed ]
On 27 August 2014 Petrachi signed a new 1-year contract with U.S. Lecce. [2] However, on 21 January 2015 he was released. [3] on 11 February 2015 he was signed by Lanciano, [4] after the injury of Nícolas. Petrachi picked no.22 shirt for his new team. [5]
He won the "Saracinesca d'oro" award as the best youth goalkeeper. [6]
In June 2018 he has been accused of drug trade. [7] On 6 November he reached an agreement for a plea bargain: he has been jailed for 1 year and 4 months, and he also has been fined of €1.400 . [8]

Furthermore, Teramo was due to participate to Serie B but due to the allegations for match-fixing, the Courts decided to relegate Teramo in the last place of Lega Pro of the previous season. After the demotion of Catania, Virtus Entella was readmitted into Serie B as the best team of the relegated teams from the previous season. Furthermore, Ascoli was promoted into the championship after finishing second in Lega Pro Group B, second after Teramo before being stripped of the title for the match-fixing scandal.
