DeChon Burns (born June 6, 1970, in Riverside, California) is the football head coach at Linfield Christian School. [1]
Burns was a four sport letterman at Rubidoux High School, Riverside, California.
Burns attended the University of Southern California as a student-athlete, where he played cornerback. [2] He played in 1989 for a team that went to the Rose Bowl Game, [3] but suffered a neck injury that ended his football career; [4] he served as an assistant to the coaching staff for the 1990-92 seasons.
Burns shifted to baseball and played center field for USC in 1992. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in communications in 1993 and was in the Houston Astros' Developmental League in 1994.
Burns was formerly the defensive line coach at UTEP, [5] the defensive line coach and Defensive Coordinator at Texas Southern. [6] Prior to that, Burns coached for the National Football League Washington Redskins, the Florida Gators, at Linfield Christian High School, Bishop Amat High School and at Beverly Hills High School.

Jack Louis Del Rio Jr. is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football as a linebacker at the University of Southern California before being drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He also played for four other NFL teams before retiring in 1996.
Michael Joseph Riley is an American football coach who is the head coach and general manager for the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL). He has previously served as the head coach of two college football programs: Oregon State and Nebraska (2015–2017). Riley has also been the head coach of teams in four different professional leagues: the Canadian Football League (CFL), World League of American Football (WLAF), National Football League (NFL), and Alliance of American Football (AAF). He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide in the 1970s.
Robert Anthony Stoops is an American football coach. He was the head football coach at the University of Oklahoma from 1999 through the 2016 season, and on an interim basis during the 2021 Alamo Bowl. He led the Oklahoma Sooners to a record of 191–48 over his career. His 2000 Oklahoma Sooners football team won the 2001 Orange Bowl, which served as the BCS National Championship Game, and earned a consensus national championship. Since 2020, Stoops has been a head coach with the XFL, coaching the Arlington Renegades in 2020 and having been re-signed for 2023.
Kenneth Howard Norton Jr. is an American football coach and former linebacker who most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) from 2018 to 2021. He is the son of Ken Norton, former world champion heavyweight boxer.
Karl James Dorrell is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach at the University of Colorado. Dorrell most notably served as the head football coach of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 2003 to 2007, compiling a record of 35–27. He led the UCLA Bruins to five bowl appearance in five seasons, but did not coach in the fifth after he was fired in December 2007. Dorrell was the first and only African American head football coach in UCLA's history to date. In 2020, Dorrell was hired as the new head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes. In his first season at CU, he was named Pac-12 Coach of the Year. In 2022, Dorrell was fired after an 0–5 start to the season, with 4 consecutive 25+ point losses, being named the worst start to college football season in 65 years.
Robert Anthony Toledo is a former American football coach and former player. Toledo served as the head coach at University of California, Riverside (1974–1975), the University of the Pacific (1979–1982), the University of California, Los Angeles (1996–2002), and Tulane University (2007–2011). He resigned as head football coach at Tulane on October 18, 2011. On January 10, 2013, he was named offensive coordinator at San Diego State. Toledo retired from coaching after the 2014 season.
Christopher Ashon Claiborne is an American football coach and former player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons. Claiborne played college football for the University of Southern California, and was recognized as an All-American. He was a first-round pick in the 1999 NFL Draft, and played professionally for the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Rams, and New York Giants of the NFL.
Richard Gerald Neuheisel Jr. is an American football analyst, coach, former player, and attorney. He served as the head football coach at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1995 to 1999, at the University of Washington from 1999 to 2002, and at his alma mater, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), from 2008 to 2011, compiling a career college football coaching record of 87–59. From 2005 to 2007, Neuheisel was an assistant coach with the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL), as quarterbacks coach for two seasons and offensive coordinator for one. He formerly served as head coach for the Arizona Hotshots of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) before the collapse of the league. Before coaching, Neuheisel played quarterback for the UCLA Bruins from 1980 to 1983, then spent two seasons with the San Antonio Gunslingers of the United States Football League (USFL) before splitting the 1987 NFL season between the San Diego Chargers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
John Alexander Robinson is a former American football player and coach best known for his two stints as head coach of the University of Southern California (USC) football team and for his tenure as head coach of the NFL's Los Angeles Rams (1983–1991). Robinson's USC teams won four Rose Bowls and captured a share of the national championship in the 1978 season. Robinson is one of the few college football head coaches to have non-consecutive tenure at the same school. In 2009, he was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Kennedy Polamalu is an American football coach and former player who currently is the running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He most recently served as the running backs coach for the Minnesota Vikings. He was the offensive coordinator for the UCLA Bruins. Prior to that he was the offensive coordinator for the USC Trojans.
Melvin Keith Burns is an American football coach. He served as head football coach at the University of Tulsa from 2000 to 2002, compiling an overall college football record of seven wins and 28 losses. Burns has also been the defensive coordinator at Pacific, USC, University of Arkansas and San Jose State. While at Arkansas in 1998, Burns was a finalist for the Broyles Award, given annually to the nation's top college football assistant coach. He was also an assistant special teams coach for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). After serving as assistant head coach and defensive coordinator for Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, Burns was promoted to head coach effective for 2015. Currently Keith Burns is coaching high school football at Fort Worth Country Day School in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Stanford Cardinal football program represents Stanford University in college football at the NCAA Division I FBS level and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference's North Division. The team is known as the Cardinal, adopted prior to the 1982 season. Stanford was known as the "Cardinal" for its first two decades of athletic competition, then more commonly as the "Cardinals" until 1930. The name was changed to the "Indians" from 1930 to January 1972, and back to the "Cardinals" from 1972 through 1981. A student vote in December 1975 to change the nickname to "Robber Barons" was not approved by administrators.
DeWayne Morris Walker is an American gridiron football coach and former player. He is currently the cornerbacks and nickels coach for the Arizona Wildcats football team. He previously served as the defensive backs coach of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). Walker played college football at the University of Minnesota and professionally in the Canadian Football League (CFL), with Edmonton Eskimos in 1982, and in the United States Football League (USFL), with the Oakland Invaders in 1984 and the Arizona Outlaws in 1985. Walker served as the head football coach at New Mexico State University from 2009 to 2012, compiling a record of 10–41 in four seasons.
Lincoln Michael Riley is an American college football coach and former player who is the head coach of the USC Trojans football program at the University of Southern California. He previously served as the head coach at the University of Oklahoma for five seasons from 2017 to 2021, where he won four consecutive Big 12 Championship Games.
Todd Orlando is an American football coach for Florida Atlantic. He recently served as defensive coordinator at the University of Southern California. He was formerly the defensive coordinator at the University of Texas. Prior to Texas, he was the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at the University of Houston. Prior to coaching at Houston, he was the defensive coordinator at Utah State University.
Chris Wilson is an American football coach who served as the defensive coordinator at the University of Colorado. Wilson received a Super Bowl ring when he served as a coach for the Philadelphia Eagles, who defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII. Before that, he spent two years with the University of Southern California as the defensive line coach. He has also held collegiate coaching positions with the University of Oklahoma, Indiana State, NE Oklahoma A&M, Illinois State, the University of Colorado, Mississippi State, the University of Georgia, and USC. In addition he has done internships with the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals. He was part of the Eagles' coaching staff that won Super Bowl LII.
