Tristania is a Norwegian gothic metal band, formed in 1996 by Morten Veland, Einar Moen and Kenneth Olsson. Tristania's music is usually classified as Gothic metal with death influences, due to its strong tie and legacy within the gothic metal history. Their songs largely deal with dark and sentimental topics, including depression, sadness, suicide, love, absence, and anger.
Seigmen is a Norwegian alternative rock band who came into prominence in the early 1990s. The band's name is derived from Norwegian sweets brand Laban Seigmenn. The band went from a hard-edged grunge-like style to a more dynamic sound with more ambient parts and use of synthesizers and various audio-effects.
Bigbang is a Norwegian rock band led by frontman Øystein Greni. Over the years, the band lineup has altered several times while remaining a trio, with Greni remaining the one constant member. Though the band name spelling is inconsistent, it is usually styled BigBang.

Til ungdommen, also known by the words of the first line Kringsatt av fiender, is a poem from 1936 by Norwegian poet and writer Nordahl Grieg (1902–1943). It was set to music in 1952 by the Danish composer Otto Mortensen (1907–1986). The song has been recorded by various artists and has been sung at meetings held by various organizations. After the terror attacks of 22 July 2011, it was used in many memorial gatherings and services.
Jon Arild Eberson is a Norwegian jazz guitarist and composer, the son of jazz guitarist Leif Eberson (1925–1970), and the father of keyboardist Marte Maaland Eberson. He was a member of the bands Moose Loose (1973–77), Radka Toneff Quintet (1975–80), and Blow Out (1977–78).
Metropolis – The Grandmaster Recordings is an album by Norwegian rock band Seigmen. It is the English-language version of the album Metropolis. The album came in three editions. One in a jewel case, one a digipack with poster, and one vinyl. The name "The Grandmaster Recordings" refers to Grandmaster Studios in Los Angeles, where the band recorded with American producer Sylvia Massy.

Neograss released their debut album "The Sea of Tranquility" in August 2010, where they try to blend two very seemingly so different genres: bluegrass and prog rock.

Marius Søfteland Neset is a Norwegian jazz musician (saxophone) living in Copenhagen. He is known from collaborations within the jazz bands "People Are Machines", "Kaktusch", "JazzKamikaze" and Django Bates projects "StoRMChaser" big band and "Human Chain". He is the son of music teachers guitarist Terje Neset and pianist Anne Leni Søfteland Sæbø, and the brother of the vocalist Anna Søfteland Neset flautist Ingrid Søfteland Neset.
Rolf Graf was a Norwegian singer, bass guitarist, composer and record producer, and the younger brother of keyboardist Haakon Graf and the jazz singer Randi Elisabeth Graf. He is best known as the bassist in the band Lava, but was also recognized as music producer, musician and songwriter for other artists like Randy Crawford, Mezzoforte and Sissel Kyrkjebø. He also released three solo albums and was editor of the journal "Musikkpraksis".
