Delhi Gate is an upcoming Pakistani romantic comedy action film. The film is directed by Nadeem Cheema. The film features Jawed Sheikh, Shafqat Cheema, Roma Micheal, Khalid Butt, Qavi Khan, Yasser Khan, Suzain Fatima. [1] [2] [3]

Cast


Production

Originally, the cast consisted of Saud, Rashid Mehmood and Umer Cheema, but some of the cast members were later replaced. [4] The film's release was announced for 2020, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic it was delayed. [5] The film was made in the city of Lahore, the first in a long time as most filmmaking had moved from Lahore to Karachi. [6] In 2022, Shamoon Abbasi revealed that the film will be released in mid-2022. [7]

Since the flower 'Chambaili' is the national flower of Pakistan, the film-makers' intention was to encourage patriotism and nationalism in Pakistan and they obviously picked this name for a reason.

Nadeem Cheema is a Pakistani film director and actor. He is best known for action film Geo Sar Utha Kay. He founded the film production company Nadeem Cheema Films.

Khalid Saleem Butt was a Pakistani actor and director. He made his debut in the 1970s and thereafter appeared in Urdu and Punjabi films and television series. He started his career as Assistant Director and went on to direct film as well. However, it was television where he found fame and popularity.

Huey Tum Ajnabi is a Pakistani historical romance drama film directed by Kamran Shahid, who produced it and wrote the script also. The film stars Mikaal Zulfiqar, Ayesha Omar and Sadia Khan, with Sohail Ahmed, Samina Peerzada, Alyy Khan and Mehmood Aslam in the supporting cast. The film was released theatrically on 22 April 2023, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
