Deluxe Records is the record label of German hip-hop artist Samy Deluxe.
After Hamburg label Eimsbush went bankrupt in 2003, Dynamite Deluxe member Samy Deluxe founded a new label within the same year called Deluxe Records. At first, it was part of Capitol Records which is owned by EMI . The first artists besides Samy Deluxe himself were the rap group Headliners and rapper Illo. To make them known and to help distributing mixtapes and merchandise, Samy founded the branch Hamburgs Finest. Starting off on the internet, Hamburgs Finest Mixtape Vol. 4 - So Deluxe So Glorious was the first mixtape to retail. 2005 compilation album Deluxe Records - Let's Go, together with the Let's-Go-Tour, helped introducing the label to further audience.
In 2006, five other artists signed contracts with Deluxe Records. They were Munich rapper Ali A$, Ruhr Area artists Manuellsen and Snaga & Pillath as well as Cologne rapper Blade.
On February 12, 2007, an internet show called Deluxe Zoom started broadcasting live performances and backstage footage of the label's artists. The episodes appeared at irregular intervals and today, no more episodes will be produced.
In July 2007, Deluxe Records broke away from Capitol Records/ EMI and is now an independent label distributed over Groove Attack. Solely Same Deluxe's albums will be released over Capitol Records. In December 2007, rapper TUA, formerly signed on Royal Bunker, joined Deluxe Records. On March 14, 2008, Snaga & Pillath broke up with Deluxe Records due to misunderstandings relating to business. Manuellsen also left the label in 2008. Illo, who quit his rap career, and Blade also followed in the same year.
As of now, Deluxe Records consists of Samy Deluxe, Ali A$ and TUA. In December 2008, they released a sampler with the title Liebling, ich habe das Label geschrumpft. It is translated Honey, I Shrunk the Label, which obviously is a parody of the motion picture Honey, I Shrunk the Kids due to the cut of signed artists on the label.

John David Jackson, better known by his stage name Fabolous, is an American rapper from Brooklyn, New York City. Jackson's career began when he was a senior in high school and ended up rapping live on American record producer and music executive DJ Clue's radio show, then on Hot 97. Jackson was subsequently signed by DJ Clue to his label Desert Storm, and later secured a distribution deal with Elektra Records. Fabolous' first release, Ghetto Fabolous (2001), spawned the hit singles "Can't Deny It" and "Young'n ", which led Jackson to prominence. His second release was 2003's Street Dreams, which was supported by two Top 10 singles "Can't Let You Go" and "Into You".
Percy Romeo Miller, better known by his stage name Romeo, is an American rapper, actor, entrepreneur, and model. Miller gained fame as a rapper in the early 2000s after signing with No Limit Records, then owned by his father, Master P. He soon released his debut single "My Baby" in 2001, which went on to be certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Later the same year, Miller released his debut album Lil' Romeo, which charted the US Billboard 200 at number six and went on to be certified gold, selling over 500,000 copies with in a month.
Samy Sorge, commonly known as Samy Deluxe, Wickeda MC or Sam Semillia is a German rapper and hip hop artist from Hamburg. When his Sudanese father left Germany when Samy Deluxe was just two years old, Samy grew up with his mother's family. His half-sister was born shortly after his father left. The family lived in Barmbek for many years, then moved to Eppendorf, a better-off part of Hamburg. His family was able to make this move after a recommendation from a family friend after his mother remarried. He attended the Wolfgang-Borchert-Schule and attained the Realschulabschluss, or certificate of general education similar to a British GCSE. He cites his upbringing in a middle-class neighbourhood as part of his inspiration. He says he felt out of place, “At (one) point I would stand out in front of my own house and people who lived here before me would ask 'can I help you?'”. Additionally, he cites American rappers as his inspiration instead of relying on German history. Samy recalls taking up an interest in rap music in 1988.

Michael Kurth, better known as Curse, is a hip hop artist from Minden, Germany.
"Dip It Low" is a song by American singer Christina Milian from her second studio album, It's About Time (2004). Written by Poli Paul and Teedra Moses and produced by Paul, the track was released as the album's lead single. Matt Ward and Dean Gallard provided additional production for the song with Ne-Yo working on vocal arrangements. While the original version of the song, featuring American rapper Fabolous, was only given a release in the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, the remix featuring German rapper Samy Deluxe was released in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland. A solo version was released in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Norway.

John Austin IV, better known by his stage name Ras Kass, is an American rapper. He returned as a member of the hip hop supergroup The HRSMN along with Canibus, Killah Priest, and Kurupt in 2014. Ras is a member of the group Golden State Warriors with Xzibit and Saafir. Editors of About.com ranked him #30 on their list of the Top 50 MCs of Our Time (1987–2007). Pitchfork Media called him "one of the best rappers of all time."
Fabio Bartolo Rizzo, better known by his stage name Marracash, is an Italian rapper, record producer and TV personality. Starting his career in the rap group Dogo Gang, he debuted as a solo artist rising in fame in the 2010s releasing six studio albums that reached the top ten of the Italian Albums Chart, including two top positions with Santeria (2018) and Persona (2019). The rapper has also released numerous successful singles and collaborations scoring seventeen times the top ten of the Italian Singles Chart. Thanks to his work he has sold 2.3 million copies in Italy, becoming one of the top selling Italian rappers in the 2010s.

Dis wo ich herkomm is the third solo album by Hamburg-based rapper Samy Deluxe. It was released on 27 March 2009 on the EMI label. The album contains many hip hop songs, but also had influences of pop and reggae elements.

Dilin Nair, better known by his stage name Raftaar, is an Indian rapper, lyricist, dancer, etc. Raftaar started his career as a rapper. He began his career in 2008 with Lil Golu and Young Amli, recording songs and uploading them on social sites. He then started working with Yo Yo Honey Singh as a part of group Mafia Mundeer. Raftaar then split from the group. He was supported by his friend Ankit Khanna, who introduced him to the Punjabi music band RDB, who then signed him onto their label, Three Records. Soon after the split between the RDB members, Raftaar joined Manjeet Ral. He also started his solo career. He won the Best Urban Song Of The Year award for Swag Mera Desi at the Brit Asia Awards in 2014. In 2019, he started judging the reality show MTV Hustle, Dance India Dance and Roadies.
Baloji is a Belgian rapper, MC and hip hop artist of Congolese origin. Known as MC Balo in the hip hop group Starflam, he continued as solo artist starting 2004.
Eric Lynn Wright, Jr., better known by his stage name Lil Eazy-E and Lil Eazy, is an American musician and HIV activist. He is CEO of NWA Entertainment, LLC, a music and media production company in which he is partners with his brother, Derrek Wright. He also manages Compton MoneyGang, a musical collaboration with his brother Derrek Wright and members of his family. The oldest son of gangsta rap pioneer Eazy-E, he was born and raised in the same Compton, California house his father grew up in.
