William de Mattia (born 28 April 1983), commonly known as Dema, is a Brazilian football coach and former player who played as a midfielder. He is the current head coach of Brasil de Pelotas.

During his playing career he played at SV Sandhausen, Bayern Munich and 1. FC Köln, Flick began his managerial career at fourth-division club Victoria Bammental as a player-manager. He also served as the head coach at the University of Sioux Falls from 2005 to 2009, Fresno State from 2020 to 2021, and the University of Washington from 2022 to 2023. At Sioux Falls, his teams won three NAIA Football National Championships, in 2006, 2008, and 2009. DeBoer’s record as head coach is 110–14.
