Kroncong is the name of a ukulele-like instrument and an Indonesian musical style that typically makes use of the kroncong. A kroncong orchestra or ensemble traditionally consists of a flute, a violin, at least one, but usually a pair of kroncongs, a cello in Pizzicato style, string bass in pizzicato style, and a vocalist. Kroncong originated as an adaptation of a Portuguese musical tradition, brought by sailors to Indonesian port cities in the 16th century. By the late 19th century, kroncong reached popular music status throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

She has also performed as an opera singer in Singapore. She is the recipient of numerous Indonesian and international awards.

In Idol, she was known as the girl who received a titanium ticket from one of the judges. She was the winner of the A3 category at the 2017 Sanremo Junior children's international solo singing competition in Sanremo, Italy, and the winner of the tenth season of Indonesian Idol. In both competitions, Lyodra practiced the use of the whistle register, which is the highest range of the human voice. She was listed as the youngest Indonesian Idol champion at the age of 16 years and 256 days. She was awarded Best Children Female Solo Artist from the 20th Anugerah Musik Indonesia Awards, and Best New Asian Artist in Indonesia from the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Award. In addition, Lyodra was nominated for Best Southeast Asian Act at the 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards.
Koplo or dangdut koplo is a subgenre of dangdut, Indonesian popular dance & folk music, that originated in East Java during the early 2000s. The genre gets its name from the slang term "koplo" which refers to a hallucinogenic drug that is sold cheaply in Indonesia. Dangdut koplo is played at a faster tempo than the standard dangdut music and said to make listeners "feel high" thus gives the same effect of consuming koplo pills. Koplo also differs musically from the regular dangdut in the dominant role of the drummer, which plays more complex drum patterns.

Heppy Rismanda Hendranata, better known by the stage name Happy Asmara is an Indonesian singer-songwriter, presenter, and businessperson from Kediri, East Java. Based herself in Javanese music, her name gained wider public attention after the release of the second single of her own production titled "Tak Ikhlasno" which has gained immense popularity in the Java region, specifically East Java. In the year of the release of "Tak Ikhlasno", Happy Asmara through the record label released the recycled single "Dalan Liyane" which also gained great popularity and at least became a change in her career. In popular culture, "Tak Ikhlasno" and "Dalan Liyane" have been considered the beginnings of great recognition.

This dialect have 4 major sub-dialects each spoken predominantly in village of Daun and Suwari in the villages of Sangkapura, and the village of Kepuhteluk in the district of Tambak.
