Derek Barach (born February 27, 1995) is an American ice hockey player who currently plays for HC Vityaz of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He plays as a centre. [1]
Derek began his ice hockey career as a young child playing for the CD Selects, a junior A team in Albany New York. He played High School Hockey for the Bethlehem Central High School Eagles, The Albany Academy Cadets, and the Salisbury School Crimson Knights. He also played junior hockey with the Neponset Valley River Rats, Lone Star Brahmas, and Green Bay Gamblers.
Barach spent for years at college playing for the Mercyhurst Lakers, where he served two years as captain.
After completion of his college degree, Barach signed his first professional contract with the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League on March 10, 2019. [2]
Barach signed a 2-year contract to Porin Ässät covering the seasons 2021–22 and 2022–23. [3] Barach played his first Liiga game on October 10, 2021. On October 15 Barach scored his first Liiga goal with a hat trick in a game against KalPa, overall he scored 4 goals in that game. [4] Barach played 56 matches with 32 points. In the 2022–23 season Barach played 58 matches with 28 points. [1]
On June 28, 2023 it was announced that Barach had signed a one-year contract with the HC Vityaz of the KHL. [5]

Hannes Ossian Hyvönen is a Finnish former professional ice hockey player. He played 42 games in the National Hockey League with the San Jose Sharks and Columbus Blue Jackets between 2002 and 2003, though most of his career, which lasted from 1994 to 2009, was spent in European leagues. Internationally Hyvönen played for the Finnish national team at the 2008 and 2009 World Championships, winning a bronze in 2008. Hyvönen now works as a coach for Porin Ässät of the Liiga.
Leonid Aleksandrovich Komarov is a professional ice hockey centre for HIFK of the SM-liiga. Born to an ethnic Russian–Finnish family in Estonia, and raised in Finland, Komarov plays for Finland internationally. A natural centre early in his career, Komarov has made the transition to being able to play all three forward positions.

Borna Rendulić is a Croatian professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing for SKA Saint Petersburg of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Rendulić began playing hockey in Croatia and made his professional debut with KHL Medveščak in 2006, before moving to Finland in 2011 in order to further his career. He played for several teams in both the top-tier SM-liiga and second-tier Mestis, then moved to North America in 2014 when he signed a contract with the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL. Rendulić made his NHL debut that year, the first Croatian-trained player to do so, but spent most of the following two seasons with the Avalanche minor-league affiliates in the AHL. After two seasons spent primarily with the Avalanche's AHL affiliate, he signed with the Vancouver Canucks, spending a further season in the AHL with their affiliate before returning to Europe. Internationally, Rendulić has played for Croatia in several World Championships, both at the junior and senior level.

He has previously played for the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was a sixth round selection of the Flames, 171st overall, at the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
