Michael Peña is an American actor. He has starred in many films, including Crash (2004), World Trade Center (2006), Shooter (2007), Observe and Report (2009), Tower Heist (2011), Battle: Los Angeles (2011), End of Watch (2012), and Gangster Squad (2013). Antonio Hipolito Peña Herrada was a Mexican professional wrestling promoter who founded the Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) promotion in 1992. Peña's promotion reached its height of popularity in the early 1990s prior to the 1994 downturn of the Mexican economy, but continues to operate. Peña's AAA is the promotion largely responsible for bringing the lucha libre style to the United States, with AAA wrestlers such as Rey Misterio Jr., Psicosis, La Parka, Konnan and others eventually competing for American promotions.

The Copa Antonio Peña is an annual professional wrestling tournament held by Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) once a year. The tournament is named in memory of Antonio Peña, the founder of AAA, who died on October 5, 2006. The tournament is part of the annual Antonio Peña Memorial show held annually around the anniversary of Peña's death. The tournament is a Gauntlet match featuring eight to thirteen AAA wrestlers ranging from mid-card to main eventers. The events are televised as a special feature on Televisa. The Cup is not defended like a championship and does not automatically give the winner a shot at the AAA Mega Championship. As is tradition with AAA major events the wrestlers compete inside a hexagonal wrestling ring and not the four sided ring the promotion uses for television events and house shows.
