Dim Mak is an American death metal band from New Jersey, United States. The band was formed by guitarist Shaune Kelley, vocalist Scott Ruth, and drummer Brandon Thomas, formerly members of Ripping Corpse. [1] Thomas left the band sometime after the release of Intercepting Fist to later join The Dying Light.

The band's lyrical and thematic inspirations include martial arts, Bruce Lee, human rage and violence, Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos, battles, etc.

Pretty Girls Make Graves was a post-punk band formed in Seattle in 2001, named after The Smiths' song of the same name. Andrea Zollo and Derek Fudesco had played together previously in The Hookers, as well as The Death Wish Kids and Area 51 along with Dann Gallucci, with whom Derek had formed Murder City Devils. Not long before the Murder City Devils disbanded, Derek and Andrea formed Pretty Girls Make Graves along with Jay, Nick and Nathan. They played the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2004. The band announced its split on January 29, 2007, with their final two shows taking place in Seattle that June.

Impaled is a death metal band from Oakland, California. The band's name is a backronym, standing for "Immoral Medical Practitioners And Licentious Evil-Doers".

Neon Blonde was a supergroup consisting of Johnny Whitney and Mark Gajadhar from The Blood Brothers. They were based in Kirkland, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. The two expanded beyond The Blood Brothers' sound by utilizing a more electronic-based sound, which included electroclash and dance-punk. Neon Blonde's music drew from many genres including post-hardcore, and experimental rock, who have also teamed up with Blood Brothers members to create Head Wound City), and a more electroclash sound. Their music also featured rapping, and rapped vocals in an alternative hip hop style.

She composed, recorded, and toured as part of the San Francisco, California, political punk and no wave band Erase Errata from 1999-2015 and records and performs with William Elliott Whitmore as Hallways of Always, with former Erase Errata bandmate Ellie Erickson as Hey Jellie, and as a solo artist, at times under the name Paradise Island. She also co-produces FABULOSA Fest near Yosemite every year since 2008.

Vile is an American death metal band, formed in 1996 in Concord, California by guitarist-producer Colin E. Erik Rutan, the band's frontman, says he put a lot of emotion into the album because of the death of his friend Jared Anderson who played bass for the band.

Vitamin D is the debut studio album by Canadian dubstep producer and artist Datsik, released on April 10, 2012. The album was co-produced by various electronic music producers such as fellow Canadian dubstep producer Downlink, Israeli psytrance and electronica production duo Infected Mushroom and American DJ Z-Trip. The first official single from the album is "Fully Blown", which was released on January 31. The second single, "Evilution", which was co-produced by Infected Mushroom and features vocals from Jonathan Davis of the nu metal band Korn, was released on March 13.

Dreaming with the Dead is the full-length studio debut by death metal band Ripping Corpse, released in 1991. Among the ranks of the band was guitarist Erik Rutan, who would go on to become a temporary member of Morbid Angel and also front his own band Hate Eternal. Worth noting as well is that Shaune Kelley would also play with Rutan's band as well, later on in their career.
