Dirk D. Smith is a retired United States Air Force major general who served as the Vice Director for Joint Force Development of the Joint Staff. Previously, he was the Deputy Commander for Operations and Intelligence of the Combined Joint Task Force. [1] [2]

Tod Daniel Wolters is a United States Air Force four-star general who currently serves as the commander of U.S. European Command. He concurrently serves as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR). He previously served as the commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe and U.S. Air Forces Africa.
