The Diving Competition for men and women at the 2003 Pan American Games was held from August 6 to August 10, 2003, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. There were four events each for men and women, after the inclusion of the Synchronized Springboard and Synchronized Platform events.

Winifer María Fernández Pérez is a Dominican female volleyball player. With her club Mirador she competed at the 2015 FIVB Club World Championship. She became well known after a video and later some photos of her playing and training, and personal photos of her--some of them fake--went viral in July 2016.

Jonathan Ruvalcaba is a Mexican-born Dominican diver. He won a bronze medal representing Mexico during the 2015 Pan American Games and silver at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games. He also went to the 2009, 2011 and 2015 World Aquatics Championships representing Mexico.

Heyddys Estibalys Ysabel Valentín is a Dominican female fencer.
