Diwakar Bhatt is an Indian politician from Uttarakhand and he has served as Central President of regional party Uttarakhand Kranti Dal aka UKD. Bhatt was a member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly from the Devprayag constituency from 2007-2012 and unsucessfully contested in 2002 , 2007 and 2022 from UKD , 2012 as BJP , and 2017 as IND. He is one of the founding members of UKD and have played a prominent role in Uttarakhand Statehood Movement. [1] [2] [3]
