Djémil Kessous (born in 1946) is a retired civil servant who worked for the French Council of State, and a writer of social, [1] [2] and philosophical works [3] He is a son of the Algerian politician Mohamed El Aziz Kessous.
He has published in French the books La théorie générale de l'évolution (L'Harmattan, ISBN 2-7384-2616-6) and L'Universalisme (Acratie, 1997, ISBN 2-909899-10-1). The latter work was translated into Esperanto by Jacqueline Lépeix under the title "La Universalismo, Sennacieca Asocio Tutmonda, 2002, ISBN 2-9502432-6-6)".

Henri Barbusse was a French novelist and a member of the French Communist Party. He was a lifelong friend of Albert Einstein.
Eugène Lanti was a pseudonym of Eugène Adam. Lanti was an Esperantist, socialist and writer. He was a founder of Sennacieca Asocio Tutmonda, and a longtime editor of the internationalist socialist magazine Sennaciulo. Lanti was a critic of Stalinism and the theoretician of a new doctrine, anationalism, which aimed to eliminate the very concept of the nation as a guiding idea of social organisation.

Martine Louise Marie Aubry is a French politician. She was the First Secretary of the French Socialist Party from November 2008 to April 2012, and has been the Mayor of Lille (Nord) since March 2001; she is also the first female to hold this position. Her father, Jacques Delors, served as Minister of Finance under President François Mitterrand and was also President of the European Commission.
Plena Ilustrita Vortaro de Esperanto is a monolingual dictionary of the language Esperanto. It was first compiled in 1970 by a large team of Esperanto linguists and specialists under the guidance of Gaston Waringhien and is published by the Sennacieca Asocio Tutmonda (SAT). It may be consulted online for free.
Raymond Schwartz, was a French banker and Esperanto author who wrote many poems and novels in Esperanto, as well as skits which he directed for Parisian Esperanto cabarets.
Christine Buci-Glucksmann is a French philosopher and Professor Emeritus from University of Paris VIII specializing in the aesthetics of the Baroque and Japan, and computer art. Her best-known work in English is Baroque Reason: The Aesthetics of Modernity.
Michel Duc Goninaz was a French Esperantist known worldwide for his 2002 revision of La Plena Ilustrita Vortaro de Esperanto.
Henri Ey was a French neurologist, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and philosopher.
Plena Vortaro de Esperanto is a monolingual dictionary of the Esperanto language first published by the Sennacieca Asocio Tutmonda (SAT) in 1930, largely considered the first truly comprehensive dictionary written entirely in Esperanto.
Gérald Tenenbaum is a French mathematician and novelist, born in Nancy on 1 April 1952.
Ana Pouvreau is a French political scientist, writer and specialist in International Relations and Strategic studies. Originally a Russia specialist for 15 years, she has become a Turkish affairs specialist. and has worked on other geopolitical areas such as the Balkans. She is also an expert on the politics, defence and security issues of France. In recent years, she has been investigating societal issues which she considers critical to the survival of Western civilization. She is the author of several books and has also written for Newsweek and other publications.

The Esperanto workers movement has the goal of taking practical advantage of the international language Esperanto for advancing the goals of the labour movement, especially the fight against unrestrained capitalism. It is not only a political movement in the strict sense but also a cultural and educational one.
