Dmitrijs Trefilovs (born 13 May 1987) is a Latvian gymnast. He represented Latvia at 2012 Summer Olympics. [2] Trefilovs was 12th in individual all-around at European Championships 2010. [3]

Latvia competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom from July 27 to August 12, 2012. This was the nation's tenth appearance at the Summer Olympics.

The 2012 Gymnastics Olympic Test Event took place between January 10 and January 18, 2012. The event featured the artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline disciplines. It qualified the last four artistic gymnastics teams for the 2012 Olympic Games, along with 34 individual female gymnasts and 27 individual male gymnasts selected through the all-around competition. Teams that finished 17th to 24th at the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships were able to take two individuals to the test event. Teams that finished 1st to 8th were invited to send two individual gymnasts, but they were not candidates for individual spots.

The 2018 Latvian Football Cup was the 24th edition of the football tournament. This edition of the competition began on 26 May 2018 and ended on 24 October 2018. Liepāja were the defending champions, having won the final 2–0 over Riga FC.

Dmitrijs Silovs is a Latvian Paralympic athlete who competes in international track and field competitions, he competes in javelin throw and shot put and was a former long jump. He is a World champion and three-time European champion in the javelin and has won two silver medals in the shot put. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in the long jump where he finished in ninth place.
