The Dnipro Ukrainian Cultural Center is a civic and social club located at 562 Genesee Street in Buffalo, New York.
Dnipro, was built in 1914, designed by the Buffalo architect duo of August Esenwein and James Johnson. [1] Originally constructed to be the headquarters of the Fraternal Order Orioles, the building was purchased by the Ukrainian American community from the City of Buffalo in 1955. It was founded by immigrants that came to America because they had been displaced by World War II. [2]
Dnipro was naturally named after the largest river in Ukraine, which flows past the capital of Kyiv south to Odesa, and splashes into the Black Sea. At Dnipro, the Ukrainian community of Buffalo sought to establish a center where Ukrainians could socialize, maintain their cultural identity, pass their heritage onto their children, and organize political structures that would promote its independence from the USSR, and now protect its sovereignty. Hundreds of life changing events have been hosted at Dnipro, such as weddings, musical concerts, theater, movie recordings, dance recitals, birthday celebrations, christenings, and anniversaries. Dnipro hosts annual events like "Malanka" New Years ballroom dance, and the Ukrainian Independence Day Festival in August.
Dnipro is the home of the Ukrainian Federal Credit Union, Buffalo branch, which serves its members in Ukrainian, English, Russian and Polish 6 days of the week, every week since 1995. Since 2013, Dnipro has provided "Ridna Shkola" Ukrainian Saturday School with 5 classrooms, and has hosted its biannual performances at the second floor "Velika Zalya" Great Hall. Ukrainian American Youth Association "CYM" and women's choir "Mriya" meet at Dnipro regularly.
In 2014, the building turned 100 years old, and in 2015, Ukrainians celebrated their 60th year of ownership of Dnipro.
Dnipro is a part of the Ukrainian American Freedom Foundation, which is an IRS recognized “501C3 charitable organization”. All donations are tax deductible.

Buffalo State University was founded in 1871 as the Buffalo Normal School to train teachers. It offers 79 undergraduate majors with 11 honors options, 11 post baccalaureate teacher certification programs, and 64 graduate programs.

Since 1974, Hallwalls has shown and shows the work of contemporary artists of diverse backgrounds who work in film, video, literature, music, performance, media and the visual arts. The ideology behind Hallwalls has always been one of a cooperative with artists and the gallery has made it a mission to show work that directly shows Buffalo’s fading industrial past.

Shea's Performing Arts Center is a theater for touring Broadway musicals and special events in Buffalo, New York. Originally called Shea's Buffalo, it was opened in 1926 to show silent movies. It took one year to build the entire theatre. Shea's boasts one of the few theater organs in the US that is still in operation in the theater for which it was designed.

WYRK is a commercial radio station in Buffalo, New York, and serving Western New York. It is owned by Townsquare Media and it broadcasts a country music radio format. The studios and offices are on Lafayette Square in Buffalo in the Rand Building, 12th Floor.
AS220 is a non-profit community arts center located in Downtown, Providence, Rhode Island, United States. AS220 maintains four dozen artist live/work studios, around a dozen individual work studios, six rotating exhibition spaces, a main stage, a black box theater, a dance studio, a print shop, a community darkroom, a digital media lab, a fabrication lab, an organization-run bar and restaurant, a youth recording studio, and a youth program. AS220 is an unjuried and uncensored forum for the arts, open to all ages.
The Ukrainian House International Convention Center, is the largest international exhibition and convention center in Kyiv, Ukraine. The five-storey building is the host venue for a variety of events from exhibitions, trade fairs and conferences to international association meetings, product launches, banquets, TV-ceremonies, sporting events, etc.
Soyuzivka Heritage Center, also known as Soyuzivka, Suzi-Q, or the Q, is a Ukrainian cultural center located in the hamlet of Kerhonkson, New York in Ulster County, in the Shawangunk Ridge area south of the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. Soyuzivka hosts children's heritage camps, Ukrainian dance camps, workshops, seminars, festivals, concerts, dance recitals and art exhibits for those interested in learning about Ukraine and its culture.
The Temple of Music was a concert hall and auditorium built for the Pan-American Exposition which was held in Buffalo, New York in 1901. United States President William McKinley was assassinated inside the building on September 6, 1901 by Leon Czolgosz. The structure, like most of the other buildings at the exposition, was demolished when the fair ended.

The Dnipro University of Technology, abbreviated in Ukrainian as NTU DP is located in Dnipro, the third most populous city in Ukraine. It was founded in 1899 as the Yekaterinoslav Higher Mining School. The task of the university then was to provide the mining industry with highly qualified specialists, a goal that has continued to direct the university's leadership right up to the present day, although in recent years its academic offer has developed beyond the confines of mining-related subjects. Currently, its structure consists of nine faculties. During the Soviet era, the polytechnic was one of the country's top specialised institutions of higher education. It is ranked as one of Ukraine's best universities in many rankings and today attracts a large number of foreign students.
