Dobryanka (Russian : Добрянка) is the name of several inhabited localities in Russia.
Russian is an East Slavic language, which is official in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as being widely used throughout Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, the Caucasus and Central Asia. It was the de facto language of the Soviet Union until its dissolution on 25 December 1991. Although, nowadays, nearly three decades after the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russian is used in official capacity or in public life in all the post-Soviet nation-states, as well as in Israel and Mongolia, the rise of state-specific varieties of this language tends to be strongly denied in Russia, in line with the Russian World ideology.

Seryshevsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 3,805 square kilometers (1,469 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Seryshevo. Population: 25,725 (2010 Census); 29,440 ; 35,969 (1989 Census). The population of Seryshevo accounts for 42.0% of the district's population.
Amur Oblast is a federal subject of Russia, located on the banks of the Amur and Zeya Rivers in the Russian Far East. The administrative center of the oblast, the city of Blagoveshchensk, is one of the oldest settlements in the Russian Far East, founded in 1856. It is a traditional center of trade and gold mining. The territory is accessed by two railways: the Trans-Siberian Railway and the Baikal–Amur Mainline. As of the 2010 Census, the oblast's population was 830,103.
Poltavsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,800 square kilometers (1,100 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Poltavka. Population: 21,772 ; 24,721 (2002 Census); 24,691 (1989 Census). The population of Poltavka accounts for 32.3% of the district's total population.
