Dom O'Donnell was a Gaelic footballer from Tralee, County Kerry. He played Gaelic football with his local club John Mitchels, and was a member of the Kerry senior inter-county team during the 1960s. [1] He won Munster Championship medals in 1962 and 1964. In 1964, he also won an All Ireland Under 21 medal as captain of the winning team.
At club level, O'Donnell was part of the famed John Mitchels team of the late 1950s and 1960s, winning six Kerry Senior Football Championships (five in a row from 1959 to 1963 and again in 1966).
Seán O'Neill is an Irish retired Gaelic footballer. He played with his local club John Mitchel and was a member of the Down senior inter-county team from the 1950s until the 1960s. O'Neill is one of only four Down players to win three All-Ireland titles.

Tralee District is a Gaelic Athletic Association Divisional Team from Tralee in County Kerry, Ireland. They won Kerry Senior Football Championship three times in a row in 1925, 1926, and 1927. They also won the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship in 1927. The district now only competes at under 14 and under 16 level. The side can select players who represent Austin Stacks, Kerins O'Rahillys and John Mitchels, the other Tralee clubs represent St. Brendan's divisional team.

Niall Sheehy was a Gaelic footballer from Tralee, County Kerry. He played Gaelic football and hurling with his local club John Mitchels, he also played hurling with Austin Stacks. He was also a member of the senior Kerry county football team from the 1958 until 1965, where he was nicknamed "Eusébio" for his kicking ability. He also played for the Kerry county hurling team. His father was John Joe Sheehy. His brothers - Seán Óg and Paudie - both won All-Ireland titles with Kerry in the 1960s. Sheehy captained Kerry to the All-Ireland final in 1964, but lost out to Galway. He also won an All-Ireland Junior Hurling Championship medal in 1961, Kerry's first All Ireland Hurling title since 1891, as well as 3 National Hurling League Div 2 titles.
