Don W. Pellum (born January 26, 1962) is an American former college football coach. He most recently was the linebackers coach for the UCLA Bruins football team.
Pellum was a starting linebacker for Oregon under former head coach Rich Brooks. He earned a pair of undergraduate degrees in telecommunications and film as well as rhetoric and communications, from the University of Oregon in 1985. He also received a minor in sociology. Pellum proceeded to earn his master's degree in telecommunications and film the following year in addition to completing work toward his Ph.D. [1]
Pellum was a positions coach at the University of Oregon for 23 years; starting as a graduate assistant working with tight ends in 1985, and then coaching safeties and defensive lineman before serving as linebackers coach for 14 seasons. [2]
He had two breaks from Oregon, serving as defensive line coach, strength and conditioning director, and academic coordinator at Willamette University in 1987. From 1990 to 1992, Pellum was the recruiting coordinator at the University of California, as well as the assistant athletics director for student services at Berkeley in 1992 before returning again to the Ducks in 1993. On January 14, 2014, Pellum was named Oregon's defensive coordinator, replacing his former mentor Nick Aliotti. [3]
On January 4, 2016, following one of the worst defensive seasons in Oregon football history, Pellum was demoted to linebackers coach. [4]
On February 24, 2022, Pellum retired at UCLA after years as linebackers coach.

He played college football for the UCLA Bruins and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 1988 NFL draft.

Mark August Helfrich is an American former football coach who is an analyst for Fox Sports. He was the head coach for the University of Oregon from 2013 to 2016. He most recently served as the offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears from 2018 to 2019. He played professionally in the Austrian Football League (AFL).

Gerald A. Azzinaro Jr. is an American football coach who most recently served as the defensive coordinator for the UCLA Bruins football team. He played college football as a linebacker at American International College (AIC) and became a graduate assistant for the team in 1982. He was the linebackers and running backs coach for Westfield State in 1985, and he was the head coach for Western New England University in 1986. He was the defensive coordinator for AIC from 1987 to 1991, before becoming the linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator for Massachusetts in 1992. Azzinaro was promoted to defensive coordinator for the Minutemen in 1994, and subsequently moved on to Boston College as the team's defensive line coach in 1995. He was rehired by UMass in 1997 to be their defensive coordinator.

The 2016 Alamo Bowl was an American college football bowl game played on January 2, 2016, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The 23rd edition of the Alamo Bowl featured the Oregon Ducks from the Pac-12 Conference and the TCU Horned Frogs from the Big 12 Conference. It was televised at 5:45 p.m. CST on ESPN and heard on ESPN Radio. It was one of the 2015–16 bowl games that concluded the 2015 FBS football season. The game was sponsored by the Valero Energy Corporation and was officially known as the Valero Alamo Bowl.

He previously served as the defensive line coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2021, the defensive line and run game coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons in 2020, the defensive line coach for the Cleveland Browns in 2019 and the defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach at the University of Alabama from 2017 to 2018.
