Donald E. Burkhart Jr. [1] (born September 4,1948) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 15 since January 11,2011. [2]
Burkhart earned his BS in physics from John Carroll University.

Watt was an unsuccessful candidate for governor of Wyoming in 2002.

He had suffered a heart attack seven weeks prior to his death during the Legislative Session,and continued to discuss legislation from his hospital bed with the Representatives who came to check on him.
