Donald Eugene Fields II (born July 9, 1964) is an American fugitive who is currently on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Fields is wanted for the sex trafficking of at least one child between 2013 and 2017 in Missouri. Fields was the 531st fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list, being added on May 25, 2023. The FBI is currently offering a $250,000 reward for information leading to Fields' capture and arrest. [1]

Background

Fields was born in Kentucky, on July 9, 1964. At the time of his disappearance, he lived in Union, Missouri in the Greater St. Louis area, where he worked as a tree trimmer and an independent used car dealer. [1] [2]

Crimes

Between 2013 and 2017, Fields allegedly participated in a child sex trafficking ring. He is accused of "knowingly attempting to recruit, entice, provide, patronize and solicit a minor into engaging in a commercial sex act." According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Diana Collins, Field allegedly received money, motorcycles, vacations, and Christmas presents in exchange for access with the minor. [3] Fields is suspected to have committed the same crimes to two other people during the same time period. [4]

Fields has also been charged with 15 counts related to child sexual abuse and witness tampering in the Missouri Circuit Court system. [2]

On May 25, 2023, Fields was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, replacing Jose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez.

Disappearance

Fields and Theodore John Sartori Sr. were indicted on December 7, 2022, with one count of child sex trafficking each. [5] Sartori was arrested later that same month, and plead not guilty. [6] Fields' location has not been known after he failed to appear for a court hearing on March 3, 2022. [3] Fields has family in Missouri and Kentucky, and has traveled to Florida in the past. He is known to visit casinos. [1]

Eugene K. Palmer is an American fugitive wanted for allegedly killing his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, in Stony Point, New York, on September 24, 2012. On May 29, 2019, he was named by the FBI as the 523rd fugitive to be placed on its Ten Most Wanted list. On July 20, 2022, Palmer was removed from the FBI's Most Wanted Fugitives List. GirlsDoPorn was an American pornographic website active from 2009 until 2020. In October and November 2019, six people involved were charged on counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion. In December 2019, two more individuals were charged with obstruction of sex trafficking enforcement. The website was removed in January 2020 after 22 victims won the civil case against the company. According to the United States Department of Justice, the website and its sister website GirlsDoToys generated over $17 million in revenue. Videos were featured on GirlsDoPorn.com as well as pornography aggregate websites such as Pornhub, where the channel reached the top 20 most viewed, with approximately 680 million views.

Octaviano Juarez-Corro was a Mexican-American fugitive who was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on September 8, 2021. He was wanted for the murders of Raymundo Munoz-Silva and Julio Diaz-Guillen, who were shot and killed execution style at South Shore Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 29, 2006. Three other people were injured during the shooting. Authorities believed he was hiding in Mexico. Juarez-Corro was the 525th fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The FBI offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to his capture. He was captured in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, on February 3, 2022.

Yulan Adonay Archaga Carias is a Honduran fugitive, drug lord, and a suspected leader of the MS-13 gang in Honduras who was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on November 3, 2021. He is wanted for racketeering, narcotics trafficking, and firearms offenses. Archaga Carias is allegedly in charge of MS-13 for all of Honduras and is believed to be providing firearms, narcotics, and cash to gang members who are operating within the United States. He is also believed to be responsible for ordering the murders of rival gang members. Authorities believe he is still in Honduras.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Omar Alexander Cardenas</span> American fugitive

Omar Alexander Cardenas is an American fugitive and suspected member of the Pierce Street Gang in Los Angeles who was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on July 20, 2022. He is wanted for murder and for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and is suspected by authorities to have fled to Mexico in order to avoid arrest. Cardenas was the 528th fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. He replaced Eugene Palmer, who was removed from the list without being captured. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his capture.
