Donna Marie Fick is an American nurse.
She obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing science at Berea College before earning a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati. Subsequently, Fick completed a doctorate at the University of California, San Francisco. [1] She is the Elouise Ross Eberly Professor of Nursing at Pennsylvania State University and editor of the Journal of Gerontological Nursing . [2]

She was the first woman in the United States Armed Forces to be promoted to a general officer rank; in 1970, she was promoted to brigadier general. Hays paved the way for equal treatment of women, countered occupational sexism, and made a number of recommendations which were accepted into military policy.
Diane Carlson Evans is a former nurse in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and the founder of the Vietnam Women's Memorial Foundation, which established the Vietnam Women's Memorial located at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. In 1984, with the help of Minneapolis Sculptor Rodger M. Brodin, and Vietnam veterans Donna-Marie Boulay and Gerald C. Bender, the Vietnam Women's Memorial Project was founded. Donna Mummau Rozar is an American politician, businesswoman, and nurse. A Republican, she represents the 69th district of the Wisconsin State Assembly. The 69th assembly district comprises most of the city of Marshfield, along with rural eastern Clark County, northwest Wood County, and southwest Marathon County. She was elected in the 2020 general election. Rozar is also a member of the Wood County Board of Supervisors, serving since 2000.
