Bartolome was born in Manila, Philippines to Tonylyn "Alex" Jereos, a businesswoman and adopted by her mother’s husband, Reynaldo Mulawin, a United States Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer. She has one younger brother and three half siblings from her mother’s side. [1]

Since May 2024, Bartolome has been in a relationship with JM de Guzman.” [2]
