Donovan Koch (born 11 October 1976) is a South African former cricketer and currently an international umpire. [1] He played twenty-one first-class and twenty List A matches between 1997 and 2002. [1] He is now an umpire in Australia. [2] [3]
He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between Australia and Sri Lanka, on 13 February 2022. [4] On 31 August 2022, he stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, between Australia and Zimbabwe. [5] As of January 2023, he has officiated in 20 international fixtures.
The Sri Lanka men's national cricket team, nicknamed The Lions, represents Sri Lanka in men's international cricket. It is a full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) with Test, One-Day International (ODI) and T20 International (T20I) status. The team first played first class cricket in 1926–27 and became an associate member of the ICC in 1965. They made their international debut in the 1975 Cricket World Cup and were later awarded the Test status in 1981, which made Sri Lanka the eighth Test cricket-playing nation. The team is administered by Sri Lanka Cricket.
Ruchira Palliyaguruge is a Sri Lankan umpire and former first-class cricketer. He played for Bloomfield Cricket and Athletic Club, Chilaw Marians Cricket Club, Saracens Sports Club, Nondescripts Cricket Club, Old Cambrian Sports Club. Palliyaguruge bowled right-arm medium pace and batted right-handed. Playing mostly club cricket, he has over 200 first-class wickets to his name and also over 4000 runs in a career that began in 1989/90.
Forster Mutizwa is a Zimbabwean cricket umpire and former cricketer. He played as a right-handed lower middle-order batsman and wicket-keeper.
Gregory O'Brian Brathwaite is a cricket umpire from Barbados. His One Day International (ODI) umpiring debut was on 7 August 2011, in a match between Canada and Afghanistan in the 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship. He officiated in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between the West Indies and Australia, on 27 March 2012.

Virender Sharma is an Indian international umpire and former cricketer. He played in fifty first-class and forty List A matches for Himachal Pradesh between 1990 and 2006. Sharma stood as an umpire in the Twenty20 tour match between India A vs South Africans on 29 September 2015.
Christopher Phiri is a Zimbabwean cricket umpire and former List A cricketer. As an umpire, he stood in a tour match between Zimbabwe Chairman's XI and the visiting Afghanistan national team in October 2015. On 22 July 2021, Phiri stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. On 10 August 2022, he stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, also between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. He has umpired in 7 ODIs, including one women's ODI, and 23 T20Is, which also include 2 women's T20Is.
In the sport of cricket, a Man of the Match or Player of the Match award is given to an outstanding player, almost always the one who makes the most impact in the match. The term was originally used in cricket before being adopted by other sports. The award will usually be given to a player from the winning team, but if a team has lost but a player from the losing team has had an incredible performance then he can also be named as Man of the Match.
Bongani Jele is a South African cricket umpire. He is part of Cricket South Africa's umpire panel for first-class matches. Along with Adrian Holdstock, he umpired in the final of the 2015–16 Ram Slam T20 Challenge in December 2015 and officiated in the first-class tour match between South Africa A and England XI later the same month.

The Sri Lanka cricket team toured Australia in February 2017 to play three Twenty20 International (T20Is) matches. Cricket Australia confirmed the venues in August 2016 with the tour starting in Melbourne, before heading to the first-ever international cricket match to be held at Kardinia Park, Geelong with the final T20 to be held at Adelaide Oval. With both Steve Smith and David Warner unavailable due to the scheduling of the series against India, Aaron Finch was named as Australia's captain for the series. Sri Lanka's T20I captain Angelo Mathews was unavailable for the tour, after suffering a hamstring injury during the second T20I against South Africa in January 2017.

The 2016–17 Zimbabwe Tri-Series was a One Day International (ODI) cricket tournament that was held in Zimbabwe in November 2016. It was a tri-nation series between the national representative cricket teams of Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and the West Indies. The Sri Lankan team were originally scheduled to tour Zimbabwe for two Tests, three ODIs and one Twenty20 International (T20I). However, the ODIs and T20I were replaced by this tri-series.
Chandradasa Brahammana Ralalage Lahiru Sudesh Kumara, commonly as Lahiru Kumara, is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer, who plays for the Sri Lanka national cricket team in all three formats of the game. He was selected to the international squad at the age of 19, due to his fast bowling capabilities of 140+kmp/h and excellent performances in the Under-19 team.
Izatullah Safi is a cricket umpire from Afghanistan, who has officiated in Afghanistan's domestic matches and several international matches. He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, between Afghanistan and Ireland, on 7 December 2017. His Twenty20 International (T20I) umpiring debut, on 6 February 2018, was in a match between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.
The 2020 international cricket season took place from May to September 2020. 15 Test matches, 49 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 40 Twenty20 International (T20Is) were scheduled to be played during this period, as well as 8 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs) and 9 Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is). Additionally, a number of other T20I/WT20I matches were also scheduled to be played in minor series involving associate nations. The season started with Australia leading the Test cricket rankings, England leading the ODI rankings and Australia leading the Twenty20 rankings.
David McLean is a Scottish advocate and cricket umpire. He is a member of the Development Panel of ICC Umpires. McLean played as a wicket-keeper in local domestic cricket in Scotland, becoming an umpire in 2014. He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, between Scotland and Sri Lanka, on 21 May 2019. He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between Scotland and the Netherlands, on 16 September 2019.
