Douglas Irvin Pederson is an American professional football coach and former player who is the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). Pederson played professionally as a quarterback, spending most of his 13-season career as a backup to Brett Favre on the Green Bay Packers, where he was a member of the team that won Super Bowl XXXI.
