Down and Outlaws is a four-piece rock and roll band based in San Francisco, California.
Down and Outlaws was formed by Peter Danzig (lead vocals and guitar), C.W. Danzig (bass guitar), Kyle Luck (guitar) and Jon Carr (drums) in San Francisco, California in 2013. [1]
The band recorded its debut album Above Snakes [2] at Dave Grohl's Studio 606 (Sound City) in December 2014, with help from producer John 'Lou' Lousteau (Foo Fighters, Teenage Time Killers, Fear, Against Me!, Iggy Pop And The Stooges) and Vanessa Silberman. The debut album was released on July 8, 2016 at The Great American Music Hall. [3] The track "Obsession" was debuted by Guitar Player . [4]
Down and Outlaws made their national television debut on Last Call with Carson Daly . [5]
In September 2015 the band recorded the single "All is Well" with Converse Rubber Tracks Global [6] in Vancouver at The Warehouse Studio with Jason Finkel(Green Day, Kanye West, Yellowcard).
The band has toured and played with acts including: Billy Idol, The Stone Foxes, Reignwolf, [7] Black Pistol Fire, [8] The Silent Comedy, Cancer Bats, Alex Mass of The Black Angels (band).
Down and Outlaws have played festivals including South by Southwest, Echo Park Rising, and most recently, Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival (LCD Soundsystem, Radiohead, Lana Del Rey). [9]

Sound of Silver is the second studio album by American rock band LCD Soundsystem. The album was released jointly through DFA and Capitol Records in the United States and EMI elsewhere, first on March 12, 2007, in the United Kingdom. Sound of Silver was produced by the DFA and recorded during 2006 at Long View Farm in North Brookfield, Massachusetts and DFA Studios in New York, New York. Upon release, Sound of Silver received acclaim from music critics, and it was later nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards. The group's later released EP, entitled A Bunch of Stuff, was composed entirely of songs from this album.
LoveLikeFire is a San Francisco-based indie rock band. The group was formed in 2006 and whilst an unsigned artist they independently released two EPs, Bed of Gold (2006) and An Ocean in the Air (2007), as well as mounted a self-organized national tour to promote the latter release. The band then signed to Heist Or Hit Records and a full-length album was released in the UK in Autumn 2009. This album Tear Ourselves Away was released in the US in early 2010. LoveLikeFire has received significant media and critical coverage in San Francisco Bay Area publications as well as in the national and out-of-town media, and has stylistically been identified as exhibiting Britpop, dream pop, indie pop, and shoegazing influences.
