Sports

It has facilities for indoor games like Table tennis, Carrom, Chess, Gymnasium for workouts, Boxing, Weightlifting, and Judo. [12] It has 2 playgrounds-one foreground and second on the rear side. It provides facilities like Handball, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Ball Badminton, Kabaddi, Kho Kho and Athletics. [13]

The students participate in Rx sport events organised by Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Mumbai Branch.

NPTEL SWAYAM Local Chapter

Dr L H Hiranandani College of Pharmacy is a recognised Local Chapter of NPTEL SWAYAM since 2019.

This local chapter is under IITM. Mr. Yogesh Chaudhari [14] is SPOC for College ID 3114. [15]

Various courses by renowned organisations are available in this chapter including IIT's, IIM's, IISc's and many more.

Library (Geeta Israni Library)

The library facility is available on first floor. The library has reference books from various subjects such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

The library is also registered with National Digital Library.

In India, Diploma in Pharmacy is an entry-level tertiary pharmacy credential. It is obtained following two years of training. Students can enrol in the course after successfully completing higher secondary education in science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects. After obtaining the diploma, registration with the pharmacy council is required to be a registered pharmacist. A D.Pharm holder can also enroll for a professional (undergraduate) degree course of Bachelor of Pharmacy via lateral entry scheme.

The Oxford College of Pharmacy is a private college run under The Oxford Educational Institutions, which is the academic arms of the Children's Education Society in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
