Roshan Seth is a British-Indian actor, writer and theatre director who has worked in the United Kingdom, United States and India. It stars Jiiva and newcomer Anuya Bhagwat, a student of Pune Film Institute, in the lead roles, with Santhanam, Urvashi and Sathyan appearing in supporting and Arya appearing in a cameo role.
Dakshayagnam is a 1962 Indian Telugu-language Hindu mythological film, produced and directed by Kadaru Nagabhushanam under the Varalakshmi Pictures banner. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Devika, S. V. Pathinaaru (transl. Sixteen) is a 2011 Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by Sabapathy Dekshinamurthy, who previously directed the films V.I.P (1997), Punnagai Poove (2003) and A Aa E Ee (2009). It stars Shiva and Madhu Shalini. The film's background score and soundtrack was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. After being launched in October 2008 under the title 16, the film was shot for over one year, wrapping in early 2010. A year after completion, Kalaipuli S. Thanu bought the distribution rights and released the film on 28 January 2011 under his V. Creations banner. However, it was financially unsuccessful. Despite that, it was remade as Jolly Boy in Kannada language.
Thamizh Padam is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language parody film written and directed by C. S. Amudhan in his directorial debut. The film stars Shiva and Disha Pandey. Thamizh Padam was the first full-length spoof in Tamil cinema. It parodies contemporary commercial films and actors in Tamil cinema, mocking the stereotypical scenes.
Siva is a 1989 Indian Telugu-language crime action film directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Akkineni Venkat and Yarlagadda Surendra under their banners of Annapurna Studios and SS Creations. The film explores the concepts of student exploitation by anti-social elements and the impact of crowd psychology.

Nandanar is 1942 Indian devotional film, based on the Nandan, a low-caste farmhand, and his deep devotion to Lord Nataraja of Chithambaram. Nandanar was a major success, in part because of an innovative prize scheme.
K. Shivashankar was an Indian dance choreographer who worked in more than 10 languages but majorly with South Indian films, including Tamil films & Telugu films.
