It is her second album, after 2005's Zurück zu Mir , and features the song which she entered into the Grand Prix Vorentscheid 2008, as a possible German entry to Eurovision 2008, "Hinterm Ozean" (en: "Behind the ocean"). The album was produced by Frank Peterson, and was released by the Warner Music Group.

"Rette mich", the third single by German rock band Tokio Hotel, first appeared on the band's 2005 album Schrei. The German entry for the 2008 contest in Belgrade, Serbia, was selected through the national final Wer singt für Deutschland?, organised by the German broadcaster ARD in collaboration with Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR). The national final took place on 6 March 2008 and featured five competing acts with the winner being selected through two rounds of public voting. "Disappear" performed by No Angels was selected as the German entry for Belgrade after gaining 50.5% of the vote in the second round.

"Disappear" is a song recorded by all-female German pop group No Angels, taken from Destiny Reloaded (2008), the reissue of their fourth studio album. It was written by Norwegian singer-songwriter Hanne Sørvaag along with Danish musicians Remee and Thomas Troelsen, the latter of which also handled production on the track. A mid-paced pop song that is built on a ticking clock sample, the song is influenced by elements of Europop and synthpop. Its instrumentation consists essentially of synthesizers and keyboards. Lyrically, it finds the protagonist thinking deeply over her relationship with her love interest from whom she parted; however, she still pines for him and feels self-conscious for doing so.
