Draped Up & Chipped Out, Vol. 2 is a compilation album by the American rapper Messy Marv, released on November 6, 2007. It peaked at #77 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, #33 on the Heatseekers Albums chart, [1] #1 on the Top Heatseekers Pacific chart, [2] and #8 on the Top Heatseekers West North Central chart. [3] [4] It is the second album of his Draped Up & Chipped Out series and includes performances by B-Legit & Mistah F.A.B., as well as guest appearances from Sean Paul, Juvenile, Mike Jones and Mac Dre, among others. Draped Up & Chipped Out, Vol. 2 was released shortly after Messy Marv's release from a year-long prison sentence on weapons charges (hence the name of the album series).

Charles Mitchell, known professionally as Mitchy Slick, is an American rapper from San Diego, California. He is a member of the group Strong Arm Steady, along with rappers Phil Da Agony and Krondon. He performs solo with three albums released in addition to many collaborations. Mitchell is the CEO of Wrongkind Records, and is currently signed to FredBøRecørds.

It was released on February 13, 2007, for Thizz Entertainment, SMC Recordings and Gateway Records and was produced by the prominent Bay Area producers Traxamillion, Droop-E, Rick Rock, Jake and the Phatman as well as PSD himself, Clipto, Indo & Fireworks, Lev Berlak, Tha Rolla and Don Juan. The collaboration proved successful and charted on three Billboard charts, peaking at #82 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, #40 on the Independent Albums chart and #12 on the Top Heatseekers. Two singles were released from the album, "Cus, Cus" and "That Go", though neither made it to the charts. Various other Bay Area rappers contributed to the album including E-40 and San Quinn.
