Dream the Dream is the 11th studio album from American musician Stan Bush, released on September 15, 2010 through L.A. Records. The album contains 11 new songs written and performed by Stan Bush and studio musicians, as well as a cover of perhaps his most popular song, "The Touch", which was originally re-recorded for inclusion in 2009's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen film, but was ultimately not included.

Reception

The album received positive reviews upon its release. Transformers enthusiast site Seibertron.com gave the album a positive review, saying they would "highly recommend this album to any Stan Bush fan, as well as fans of melodic rock or just those who enjoy positive and uplifting music." [1] GeekCastRadio.com was pleased that the re-recorded version of The Touch had removed the unpopular rap elements,"I love this updated version and at the end there are a few rock riffs that kick your ass!" [2] Playswitch.com says the album "continues the amazing comeback that started with 2007's In This Life," adding "with Dream the Dream, Bush once again proves there's more to him than meets the eye." [3]

A music video for the song was directed by Joe Hahn, the band's turntablist. "Iridescent" serves as the theme song for the film Transformers: Dark of the Moon, continuing the streak of the band's songs serving as the theme songs of the Transformers films. Toad the Wet Sprocket is an American alternative rock band formed in 1986. The band consisted of vocalist/guitarist Glen Phillips, guitarist Todd Nichols, bassist Dean Dinning, and drummer Randy Guss, who stopped touring in 2017 and left the band in 2020. Guss was replaced by drummer Josh Daubin, who had been supporting them as their drummer on recent tours. They had chart success in the 1990s with singles that included "Walk on the Ocean", "All I Want", "Something's Always Wrong", "Fall Down", and "Good Intentions". The band broke up in 1998 to pursue other projects but began touring the United States again in 2006 for short-run tours each summer in small venues. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is a third-person shooter video game based on the Transformers franchise, developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision. It is the sequel to the 2010 video game Transformers: War for Cybertron, and directly follows the events of that game, as the Autobots struggle to defeat their Decepticon foes in a civil war for their home planet of Cybertron. The game was released on August 21, 2012, in North America and on August 24, 2012, in Europe for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. <i>Touch Sensitive</i> (album) 1984 studio album by Bruce Foxton

Touch Sensitive is the debut solo studio album by Bruce Foxton. It was originally released in 1984, on the record label Arista. Two tracks, "It Makes Me Wonder" and "Trying To Forget You " were co-written by Foxton and Pete Glenister. The remainder of the songs are credited solely to Foxton himself. In March of the same year, fellow Jam counterpart Paul Weller released his first official studio album with the band the Style Council, titled Café Bleu. The album was notably his last recording of original material for twenty-eight years, until he released Back in the Room in 2012. Keen to establish himself as a solo artist after the breakup of the Jam, Foxton enlisted the multiple-award winning producer Steve Lillywhite to give the album a contemporary sound.
