History

The brand was founded after the end of World War II in the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The brand quickly became one of the most popular cigarette brands in Yugoslavia, similar to brands such as Morava and Drava. [2] The brand is one of the few ex-Yugoslavian cigarette brands that survived the breakup of Yugoslavia and is still sold today, being the best-selling brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina. [3] [4] The feature that makes this brand unique is that it uses special Ravnjak tobacco instead of traditional Virginia or Burley tobacco. [5]
