Dubai Fencing Club was founded in 2002 by Bulgarian former modern pentathlete Mihail Gueorguiev Kouzev. [1] It is located in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
As of 2006, the club met in the Quay Health Club in the Mina Al Salaam Hotel. Mihail Kouzev is still the club's head coach.

Al Shindagha Tunnel is a tunnel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opened on 19 December 1975, it is the oldest and the busiest tunnel where 55,000 vehicles travel through the tunnel both directions daily. It goes under Dubai Creek to connect the neighborhoods of Al Ras, Deira and Al Shindagha where it is the only underwater road crossing Dubai Creek. The tunnel has a total of four lanes, a height clearance of 5 meters and speed is limited at 60 km/h (37 mph).

Dubai Lifestyle City at Dubailand was officially inaugurated in January 2006. Had it been completed, the development would have had 68 villas and 120 villettes (apartments), golf course, auditorium, theatre, and sports and recreational facilities. Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai reviewed the project on 30 June 2013. The project cost is estimated to be Dh1.1 billion. Contract for the construction is expected to be awarded by end of 2014 and construction works to be completed in 3 years.

Hatta later returned to the pro league after a 1–0 away victory against Al Hamriyah secured them a spot on the first division after getting relegated a year ago. Sharjah are the defending champions. The League was put on hold on March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however on June, with the majority of 12 out of 14 clubs votes, the league was cancelled and the champion is yet to be decided. On 18th of June, it was declared that this season will end with no champion despite Shabab Al-Ahli leading the table with 43 points and the same teams that qualified for the 2020 AFC Champions League will qualify for the 2021 AFC Champions League.
